I would leave a 0 star review if I could. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring in September of 2020. I did not receive it until November, so it was safely tucked in a box. About a year later, September of 2021, I noticed my ring had a diamond missing and the band had cracked. I called to have it sent in for repair, and to have it resized while they had it. Paid $60 for shipping and sent it to them. They told me it would take 4 weeks because they had to remake it due to the crack. (Btw, I spoke with someone different every time I had to call). After about 6 weeks, I called again. They said it would be overnighted. When I received the ring, it had a diamond put back in and a terrible patch job over the crack. It had not been resized. I called back and spoke with, I believe the owner, to complain and they said they would make me a brand new ring, give them 2 weeks. 3 weeks go by and nothing. So I called again. Yet again, spoke to someone new. She said they would get it out the next day. I had a bad feeling so I called the next day to confirm and they did verify it was waiting to be picked up. I received the new ring in January 2021. IT ALREADY IS CRACKED AND MISSING ANOTHER DIAMOND. It’s been 6 months. I don’t wear this ring anytime except when I leave my house. Don’t bathe in it, sleep in it, etc. The band is simply too thin to withstand any kind of normal wear. So I called again. They said they can look at it, I would need to ship it over. I refused to pay another $60 to ship to them and they said they would send me a shipping label immediately. I knew better. It’s been 24 hours and nothing. Oh, and they told me if they just fix it, it’s free, but to fix the overall issue (making the band thicker), I would have to pay the difference. Their “return policy” for instances such as this, is a store credit for another item, which I can only imagine is going to be just as poor quality as my ring. I am so over their terrible customer service and just want a refund and to return the ring so that I can buy something of quality that will actually last a lifetime. My partner and I were recommended to use David by a friend that had purchased her wedding bands from him. We purchased our wedding bands through Etsy at the beginning of November, and attempted several times to have the rings sent through priority shipping as our wedding was in mid-December - to no avail. It wasn’t until just 3 days before our wedding that we were told our rings would be shipped out the following day, and we scrambled to have someone at our home to await the delivery less than 24 hrs before our ceremony.

Fortunately for me, my wedding band was exactly what I wanted. From there, it’s been an absolute headache dealing with this store. My partner’s wedding band was delivered defective, with parts of the band noticeably thinner and warped. We contacted David immediately after returning from our honeymoon the following week, and shipped the ring back to get a replacement at the end of December.

Fast forward to March, and my partner and I literally spent 3 months going back and forth with the store as to how long we should expect our replacement wedding band seeing as though we had already paid for the jewelry, and the initial product was of substandard quality. Each time we spoke with an associate we were lied to about the actual ETA on the order, and were told there was a “manufacturing issue, but our ring would be shipped out in insert fake amount of days.” We finally received our “replacement band” 2 weeks ago after expressing our extreme discontent with David, only to find that the ring was an entire size too small. We’ve asked for a refund, and definitely hope that any consumer doesn’t experience what we went through...

I had been planning to propose to my girlfriend in late July when we were both going to be in Korea with our parents. Starting in June, I had gone to several jewelers and began searching online for rings as well. David's was one of the last places I checked out, and I can honestly say this was the only place I went in which I didn't feel pressured to have to buy something, but rather make sure I was comfortable with whatever decision I wanted to go about in my ring shopping experience.

After telling him my budget and type of engagement ring my girlfriend wanted, David showed me several options and he was the only place that actually gave me the magnifying instrument and tools to inspect the diamonds myself. After seeing several diamonds, I found the perfect diamond but I still didn't want to hastily buy the diamond the same day, and he was nice enough to keep it on hold for me to sleep on the decision. The following week I came in ready to buy the diamond ring I wanted, and he was able to set the diamond onto the band and came out in less than an hour.

Almost a month has now passed since proposing to my girlfriend and now fiance, and she was very happy with the diamond ring. We will both definitely be recommending this place to our fellow friends who are looking for...
