By far the best place I've ever had the pleasure of renting. The front office is very friendly and easy to talk with.. I'm actually going to really miss them as we're moving into a condo next week. Definitely going to miss the friendly banter during Hockey season. ;)

They've been renovating everything, which is great for the tenants but sucks for us because we're leaving just as it's all being put in. There's new cabanas that have been put up in the pool area, brand new grills with counter tops, new volleyball net (professional style), new paint job for the exterior, brand new mail boxes, brand new windows (the sound proof kind) and a brand new expanded gym with new equipment (the gym picture listed is the old one) - they even have daily exercise classes in the gym with one of the tenants leading the charge. That's only the stuff that I've been able to see.. who knows what's next.

My experience here as been great. Very quiet, no annoying neighbors and they keep the landscape very tight and green. Overall a great experience. Thanks for the great memories Chayo, Kathy, Mitesh and the others in the office. We'll hopefully see each other soon at our house...

I’m doing this review on my own and not getting anything out of this! :) I just really wanted to mention that I absolutely loved living here for almost 3 years. All amenities are always clean and well maintained and maintenance responds quickly- rain or shine. The complex has a security guard at night, making me feel safe. I never had an issue with my car in the lot and my packages were always there on my porch even hours after I got home from work. It’s so safe, even kiddos played around the complex just fine or I would jog in the evening with peace of mind. The place is nice and quiet too with pet friendly people. The only little downside is that the apartment walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbors very easily- but that’s the reality of apartment living, so it didn’t make or break my experience here. The only reason I moved was cz I needed to be closer to school. Over all, the leasing office staff is the best. They were always quick to respond, helpful, and understanding with some small issues I encountered. Special shout out to Enrique! Literally the most patient and kindest person I’ve ever met in...

The apartment complex is very well maintained by the dedicated crew who work very hard. I have never had any issues with any staff from the apartment complex. I had to get mail back from the apartment, because both post office and sender would not cooperate with getting something important back to me. (after moving out) This apartment complex really does care and really wants to help you as long as you can give it a chance/be patient.

When you do eventually move out, just make sure to toss everything or move everything that you own out and there is a minor cleaning fee. The majority of the security deposit should be returned if there are no damages.

The constructive criticisms I could give is I wish I knew that having two vehicles with only 1 bedroom would allow for the open parking on site. (May have been a misunderstanding originally) Also, it would be really nice to have some gym equipment maintained a bit faster.

Best thing you can do is to do your research, but this place is definitely worth it if you are looking a stable apartment complex for long...
