We took the 3 -hour Whooping Crane & Coastal Birding boat tour. Great trip; highly recommended. The purpose of our weekend in the area was to see whooping cranes, and the company guarantees a sighting – they know where the cranes hang out and we saw at least a dozen pairs. We saw many other birds (the captain called them out) and dolphins. The boat holds at least 30 guests and has both open observation decks and enclosed seating below. Wear non-slip shoes and bring binoculars, a hat, and a jacket. There are small toilets on board, and we were served drinks and basic snacks. We had an amazing time! We did the Dolphin Watching Tour in the morning and loved it so much that we came back for the Sunset Cruise that same evening. Both experiences were incredible! We saw several dolphins up close in the morning, and the evening cruise was so peaceful and beautiful. Our favorite part was standing at the very front of the boat, feeling the breeze and watching the water rush by. Highly recommend - such a fun and memorable...
