The flies are unreal! Disgusting! Landing all over our table. That was just the beginning. Hour plus wait for food. We wanted to leave after dealing with the flies and wait. They packed up our food, we were told that EVERYTHING we would need would be put in our order. I questioned her to be sure and we were reassured that EVERYTHING we would need to eat this meal would be in our bag. Lies. We got back to the hotel and NOTHING was put in the bag to eat this. NOTHING! I believe it was done purposely. I paid over $100 for crab and had to throw our meal in the trash. We didn't eat that night. I called to speak to the manager who was dismissive and offered a gift certificate which I'dnever be able to use. He offered no other solution. I asked for my 25 tip to be refunded. I will never return. If you want good food and people to respect that you work hard for your money this isn't the place. Update to ignorant response: you refunded the $25 tip I left to a server who gave me bad information. We were told by your server that ALL tools needed to eat the meal would be in the bag. We were NEVER told that we needed to purchase any hammers. Your server dropped the ball and we were left holding the bag. You failed. You made no attempt to make anything right. I asked to have my tip refunded. I spoke to 3 managers bc nobody would call me back bc you do NOT care about your customers or good customer service. I have friends and family who frequently go to Rockport and I'll make sure you lose their business as well as mine. While the exterior of this restaurant may looked rough and almost run down, you will realized the rustic feel is intentional; all to shed more light on the seafood boil that will be dumped on the table in front of her guest (unapologetically).

As you walked into the dimly lit interior, the aroma of Cajun spices is undeniable. Depending on your party size, you can order from single serving of any seafood (depending on availability) to four different combos, which gives you a good mix of shrimps, crabs, crawfish, sausage, potato and corn. Their gumbo and bean & rice are worth a try too.

Your table will be lined with paper as it will be the surface on which the seafood boil will be served. Be ready to dig in with your fingers, while mini wooden mallets will be made available for cracking some crab legs.

And speaking of crabs, you will get to enjoy a good variety of species like blue, king, stone, snow and dungeness crabs. A cup of melted butter will be great for dipping but make sure to try their cocktail, mustard, and/or horseradish sauces. May I recommend mixing the three for a mouthwatering tangy sweet dip!

Have children with you? There are crayons that they can use to draw on the paper at the table. And when they are done, tear it out and hand them to the staff. They will gladly pin them on the walls (which are already filled with tons of drawings). There's no stopping the adults from submitting their masterpiece too!

Worst experience ever. I’m a local that has been here multiple times. Went on a Monday night. Took the server 20 minutes to get our drinks. An hour and half later our drinks have been empty for 45 minutes, no bread that we asked for 45 minutes ago, and food has not come out. I did not see the server a second time in the whole hour and a half. Ordered 80-100 bucks off shrimp etc and never saw it. I had to go inside after an hour and a half of no server to get drink and she had attitude and said they were busy. I canceled my food after an hour and half and paid for appetizer and drinks and left. Horrible customer service and horrible management. Never will go here again and will never recommend this place. If they would have just kept my drinks full and refilled my bread In communicated that it was gonna be an hour and a half wait for my food, I would’ve been happier, but in all the times I’ve been here I’ve never had the server not communicate completely. Ignore me for over an hour and a half and be outright disrespectful but instead of communicating and keeping our drinks full and the server doing her job we sat there for over an hour with no drinks no bread, no food and no idea what was going on.
