I really hate leaving bad reviews, but the way my family was treated at this store was completely unacceptable. My wife knows how much I love old video games especially Sega Genesis. She was so excited to bring me here for the first time and to have a family day out. She found the store a week prior to bringing me. That day she bought two sega games. Fast forward… From the moment we walked in the white guy with very little hair kept his eye on our every move. I reached out to pick up a system and was told not to touch anything, as the guy approached and invaded my personal space. He then grabbed the system out of my hands. I give it to you, you had signs up and I over looked them. You still could have handled that better. I then asked if he had a particular game behind the counter and mid sentence he cut me off. “I have no idea what’s here you have to look yourself” he said. So…. You expect me to come behind the counter to get a closer look buddy, by the way don’t touch. My wife was completely blown away at this point, because this was not the nice guy who helped her a few days ago. My wife then takes my 6 year old to look at toys in boxes, this guy then starts telling her to put things back where she found and aggressively shouts out prices at her like she is too stupid to read the poorly written signs. I almost snapped at that point and had to pull myself together. I don’t care who you are don’t ever disrespect my family like that again. The guys across the street at Wolfe Den Collectibles treated us like family. They let my son play with any toy he wanted and even played with him. We ended up spending about $140 on toys alone there. Maybe you should learn a thing or two from them. Or you can just put yourself out...

Don't waste your time.

We drove an hour here to check the place out because of the way they presented themselves on Facebook, but it's a facade. I love when gaming and thrift stores are cluttered with inventory to look through, but this place was just a dirty, musty mess, with multiple broken bent controller cords that obviously are garbage beyond repair. The pricing did not respect the lack of respect for the cleanliness or quality of the games, controllers, or items. Yeah, the records were clean and the dvd section wasn't an eyesore, but I was just there to see the games and was very disappointed with everything being overpriced, especially when they're not even official items just 3rd party ones. None of the pricing makes sense, lol. Look into changing your name because the pricing here is no different than any other variety shop upcharging because of tiktok, so why bother shopping here in person if you can get a better experience online.

The worst part about it was the bald guy who STARED intensely at us the entire time. I understand because I had a near death experience and that I'm covered in scars. I will have everyone looking, but you're too old to be staring that hard. You're triple my age, and I know better than this. Bad customer service I called for a quote. When I did call I was treat like I was a spam caller mainly because of my number. Instead of answering my questions about my macbook, I was asked about where I was from or at?(was I locally)When I did leave my number and information for someone at this location to call me back no one return my call. I express how important fixing my computer would be because of my profession.I gave someone here my macbook information to see how much it would be hours later no call back.then after 2 phone back to this location, I then was told after my 3 time calling ncluding no one answered the 2nd time.
