The Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Gadsden

My friends showed me this place a few months ago and I’ve went every now and then but ever since then I’ve been going here and then. But since I got my license I’ve been going about 2-3 times a week and it’s so worth it! The coffee is just amazing and the food is delicious. I don’t eat it a lot because I have an eating disorder and have only tried a select number of drinks but everything that I order comes out perfect! The staff is so nice and welcoming and the atmosphere is a soft indie/classic rock aesthetic and I love it! I left some CDs for my car in the back near the stage yesterday and I called them this morning and they found the CDs and kept them and made sure no one touched them or took them. Just caring like that if the easiest thing to do to get my gratitude and appreciation. The workers truly care and love the bar and the customers. I could not ask for a better coffee place! And they have a 99 on their health...

I never write reviews but my experience was enough to decide to write one. Twice I tried to go here. Once I walked in 10 minutes before closing to be told we are closed. The next time there was a sign that said we are closed. Today we ordered 5 drinks in total. 3 were thrown in the trash. I never throw coffee away even if I'm not necessarily happy with it. It was burnt tasting and left a horrible taste in my mouth. The cold brew was very diluted and just tasted bad. Of the 2 drinks we did not throw away, my daughter did not like hers but drank it anyways. On top of a bad product, the customer service is bad. The guy is not friendly and just acts as if he does not want to be there. I will definately not be...

Ungrateful for customers. Guy wallks right before me and orders two coffees. After waiting about 5 minutes the two girls there continue to talk (something about a fight with a lady holding a baby). Never addressed nor acknowledged me. A lady walks in after that and they continue their talk while one made the two drinks. Never acknowledged her either. Left after a bit more without so much as a hello or we will be right with you. The second girl looked like she was warming her dinner. Places like this take customers for granted and shouldn't...
