Store was welcoming and employees were very helpful. Although after buying my bike, it seems that there was very little effort put into the assembly of the bike. Within a couple rides, I’ve found out that the headset, cassette, through axel, and disc rotors were loose. The quick release and headset quickly loosed while riding and could have ended in serious problems to not only the bike but also the rider. The derailleur was also out of tune. When buying a bike this expensive I would have assumed that the bike was properly tuned and put together with care. I recommend setting aside more time to assemble these expensive bikes before the shop looses yet another customer as I will not be...

Used to love this place! Bought a good bit of gear from them including a mountain bike. HOWEVER, my wife bought me a $200 down jacket for my birthday. It didn't fit so I tried to exchange it. I tried on every insulated jacket they had in XL and XXL and when none fit I tried to get a refund but was informed that they do not do refunds! All I've been given is excuses... "you don't understand retail", "we're trying to protect our employees", we'd make an exception for a same day return". Mountain High Outfitters, Alabama Outdoors, REI, Mark's Outdoors, etc...all allow...

Can’t beat this place. HUGE selection of clothes, gear, and gifts. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful even when it’s busy. They always have a large selection on sale too. Esp before end of year. Prob trying to get as much inventory off the books before taxed. They've created a very cool space to shop or just browse in. Lots of cool interactive displays. It’s always an tough getting our leave. I threaten to leave them everytime. Not very effective. GO is a real asset to the Gadsden area. We support them every...
