Our experience at this Chik-Fil-A was terrible!!! Very disappointing. Passing through due to travel and we first went to use the restrooms. The womenâs bathroom was very dirty and there was a line of about four women waiting for an open stall because one was in use and the handicap stall was occupied by two employees talking. Paper towels were in a roll on the counter, wet. The feminine baskets in the stalls were filled by a large trash bag and overflowing with dirty feminine products. We ordered and received our food. Shortly after other people began ordering. The guy handing out the food was not saying the customers names he was simply walking around looking at people who hadnât been served their food and giving it to them. Our order of $50 worth of food passed us and went to another table, the man at that table looked through the bag using his hands touching our food and said it wasnât his. The big then took our food back up and it sat on the counter. Eventually a worker called our name and my dad said yes that was our food but we didnât want it because someone else had touched it. The worker that took it to that table said oh no sir they didnât, my dad replied yes we watched it?? And he said oh did they? As if he wasnât standing right there and didnât give them our food first. We waited for new food for about 10 minutes. The workers did offer a refund but we just wanted our food, it wasnât about the money. We finally got our food and watched the boy start calling order names out every now and then. We also watched another worker take customers wet wipes so they could wipe off their own dirty table to eat on. Our fries were cold and the service was very poor. Inside of restaurant was dirty. Almost every table was dirty. Do NOT recommend going here even if in the drive thru, several cars were pulled up waiting for food. We would have rather went to a McDonalds...
   Read moreNot normally one to leave reviews. But this location is getting out of hand. Since the remodel, 8/10 orders I place are wrong, missing items, missing straws or forks, or missing sauces. When it is brought to the attention of the staff they almost question you like youâre lying and give you rude looks. Just today I ordered grilled nuggets for my sister and mom on the way out of town. Got to a point where I could pass the food out and: One of the nugget meals that was supposed to be grilled was fried Both were short 1-2 nuggets Sauces were not in the bag Neither was a straw for my drink. I can admit we got a laugh over the fact that Iâm having to use a fork to eat my frosted coffee but it is still frustrating. We shouldnât have to be checking the bag before we leave. Is there not supposed to be someone inside doing that? Very disappointed since the remodel.    Read moreChick FIL la came out of COVID better than they started. It seems as if the staff is truly aware of their customers. They had two drive through lanes and it moved smoothly I saw three managers on the floor working. All front line management and supervision must be there to support he staff and encourage professional growth . This has got to be the best run fast food I have seen since the disaster we called COVID. Nothing could have been more damaging to our work force and food service industry than the last two years. Almost everything was decided on in a bubble without looking at potential negative outcomes . I think we have seen many of those negatives in our economy and most likely to see more in the next few years . Our nations leadership at nearly all levels should have given most of our actions a little more thought and maybe even taken some corrective actions to plans having...
