i would never go here again, i went to go watch a movie last night and i had bought the tickets and i was with 3 other people one person didnāt have ID but the rest did we are all 20 years old and the other person was 19 and we still had bought 4 tickets for a 9 o clock movie and it was 9:00 when we went back but we was trying to go back inside the movie theater and a lady was telling us where our ID is and we had show her ID and the one person we was with couldnāt come due to the fact they didnāt had ID i didnāt know they was that strict at this movie theater and i had to drive 30 mins again so i had to send my sister with that person just to have a ID and so when they had left, me and a friend walk to another door because it was unlock and so when we went inside .the lady that addressed me earlier about the ID had follow us inside just to tell us ā you canāt be inside without your group, if your groups leaves, you leave.ā and i was shock from what came out her mouth this was the most dumbest thing i had ever heard. i went inside trying to use a bathroom and a movie i payed for but even when we went inside another door inside of going through all the employees she got mad about that too and said ā someone could have came in and watch a movie free.ā when i looked behind there was nobody near us and we literally open a another door that was UNLOCKED right beside 6 or 7 employees. in my opinion she just wanted to start a argument but i would never go here again and they need to put a sign for the ID policy because if someone going down to gadsden for 30 mins and canāt watch it because of a ID is outrageous and the lady there really...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI cannot speak highly enough of this theatre and its staff. On Friday I went with a friend to watch the Eras Tour movie and I made about thirty minutes before I had a medical issue. I went and sat in the floor while I tried to wait for it to pass and the staff went above and beyond trying to help me feel better. They offered anything I could possibly need and checked on me and my friend consistently. Eventually it got to the point I needed to leave and go to the hospital and they offered refunds or for us to come back in a day or two for free to be able to watch the entire movie. We decided I felt well enough Sunday to try again and I brought my daughter. They honored the ticket and were still incredibly kind and understanding. They never made me feel like an inconvenience or a trouble. They made what was a scary and embarrassing moment for me as pleasant as possible. Endless thank yous to you all. - The girl whose heart acted crazy at the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have only one good thing to say about premeire cinema 16, and that is Ethan. I went to watch the new Spider Man and Ethan was the one helping me with my tickets. He asked me if i wanted popcorn or a drink and I only had enough money for the ticket. But this GREAT young man pulled out a twenty from his won pocket and said "pick anything you would like, it's on me." with the most beautiful smile i had ever seen. he was also very quick with getting me my ticket and even show me the way to my designated theatre! The movie was alright but it was NO WHERE NEAR the GREAT service I got from Ethan! And after the movie, he was waiting outside the door wishing everyone a good night. When it was my time to exit, he pulled out a $100 bill and said "Here you go, pick you up some shoes on your way home." I was extremely thankful for this for my shoes had holes and I wasn't able to get new ones for over 3 years. In conclusion, this angel...
