So, I'm usually one to truly not do a review unless the Experience Warrants one and this visit did. I along with my three children their best friend and two of my Friends came out to eat. This being my Third time and my Two Friends very first time. So we came right at 7:00pm, Waited about 20mins no biggie, Get seated our waitress was very polite and accommodating. Let me also say it I Understand it was not the Waitresses fault the kitchen messed the food up so no one ever rude or made at her. Drinks and appetizer came out, Great 10/10 Fried Pickles. Placed our order 2 5pc Wings with fries, the chicken tacos with tator tots, single order of fries and my order 10piece hot wings with Onion rings Ticket time said 7:34 food came out at 8:15. So all the kids got their food except my son's fries. The waitress brings me my food and immediately says you don't want this do you! My response No can I just have Chicken Stripes dipped and may I please speak to your Manager. The waitress must not have relayed the message correctly to the kitchen staff so when they remade it. The (Cook) who was nice) came to the table with the Manager( DANNI) she was short, rude, unprofessional. She would not even allow me to voice the problem with the food. She came out saying what she thought was the problem which was wrong; The Wings were OLD, Once the new order was made Lemon pepper Chicken stripes; she brought it to the Table slammed it down on the Table along with the Ticket No utensils nor napkins I had to get up and ask for something to eat with. Let's Just say I was not pleased to say the least and Will not be spending any money if she is on site. The Men Owners do not do business like this, I met them and they were awesome. Brought my family in to eat after church service and was seated quickly, which was a pleasure experience. Unfortunately, after we were seated and our ordered placed. I noticed several other customers which came in after us, sat down ordered their food, ate their food, and left by time we even received our food which was almost an hour after we were seated. Sadly, after receiving our order which was the avocado chicken salad, chicken nugget kids meal, and the Titan Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Every single piece of chicken that arrive to our table was completely overcooked. My wife's salad mostly had the lettuce core ends littered throughout the entirety of her salad. First time eating here since they opened. Service was magnificent and all the staff were very friendly and informative about the menu options. We chose to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather during this visit but they do have bar seating as well as indoor seating. They have TVs in all seating areas in order to watch your favorite sports. I order the bowl and it was fresh and delicious, if you like those sort of choices I highly recommend it. Several people in my party order wings and burgers and they looked phenomenal and were highly satisfied with the food. We did order an appetizer of fried pickles and they too were tasty and delicious. I will be back to trybout some wings once college football season kicks off.
