Super Hibachi Buffet & Grill — Restaurant in Gadsden

This was probably the worst place I’ve ever brought my family, not only was the customer service nonexistent there was a sign at the hibachi station “for seafood allergies please notify the cook” and as I walked up to the cook he was cooking the person in front of me food which was shrimp so when it was my turn I asked if he could cook my food on the other unused side of the grill and showed his irritation by then throwing my food on the grill right on top of where he just cooked the man before me shrimp 🤦🏽‍♀️ so I walked away to get the manager I explained to him and he said “oh you should have told me we can recook it he doesn’t speak English “ so we went back over together the cook spoke Spanish so he couldn’t communicate with him either so he continued to cook the food and I walked away to attempt to find something else to eat and of course for seafood lovers this is the place for you but my family doesn’t eat crab or shrimp and the options provided were majority shrimp and crab and one item I asked the lady if it was chicken that worked there she wasn’t sure what it was because there’s no name tags on anything to label the food and so I played it safe and got the green beans and bone in chicken wings because I knew what that was and some dessert, my sons friend couldn’t eat the food my oldest daughter had 3 uneaten plates in front of her because she couldn’t eat any one of them and my 12 year old daughter didn’t eat her food either she said it was gross and went to get desserts and my 17 year old and her friend both ended up with cookies and ice cream and my son that eats almost anything wouldn’t eat half of what was on his plate and gave up and just got dessert too lol our entire party of 7 hated it vowing never to return even the beef was light colored as of it wasn’t cooked thoroughly I wasn’t risking it and of course we paid $134 for some damn cookies and ice cream and a few bites of food...

OWNER, PLEASE READ FULLY.. (I CAN NEVER UNSEE WHAT I SEEN) I would have gave zero star if that was an option. Not because food quality has went down but because as we all sat there tonight waiting for all of our to go orders, I witnessed something so horrific that it chills me to the very core, the person making the sushi actually spit on the area they make the sushi then wiped it with a towel.. Owner please review your cameras..I uploaded the top portions of times and date for owner to review camera.. Don't ask me if i want a refund because I will be happy with just going elsewhere from now on and knowing the public is aware of what your staff are doing to their food.. I placed 2 orders to go.. My first order was 18:44:48 but i seen this after my last order was placed at 18:57:06 11/29/2023.. I seen this happen after I done paid.. We have ate at there alot in 8 years.. I will never again.. As you might guess all of us (me and others with me) got sushi on all our separate to orders but it went to the dog.. Oishi and New China is officially my favorite 2 places since Super Hibachi is a no go for now until I find another place I am happy with.. AGAIN I CAN NEVER UNSEE THIS (If you would have asked me if I recommend this place before I would have said yes to generally good place for family kids friends as long as you didn't go a couple hours to closing but now NOOO.. AVOID.. I CAN NEVER UNSEE WHAT I SEEN.. NEVER.....

When I first arrived at the super hibachi buffet & grill I should’ve turned around and chose another place to enjoy my thursday dinner. The outside of this place was black on the outside walls but my mom told me never to judge a book by its cover so I went on in. Greeted an older gentleman at the door and ask if this place was good, he mentioned it was alright. SECOND time I should’ve turned around. As I walk in the place was very clean looking and the ladies were nice so I figured this was going to be it. I first stopped by the grill grabbed me a couple of things to be cooked. While my food was being cooked I walked to the buffet..literally I looked and all the food was dry and looked like it had been sitting for hours. I still continued to grab a few different meats to try it out and grabbed some jello then few minutes later my food was done. So I had all my food ready to eat it. I tried the grilled food first. The rice was hard and the meats wasn’t cooked throughly. The yum yum sauce was poorly crafted. So I continued to my next plate with the different meats and jello. Honestly they were chewy with no taste. The jello was next, it was as hard a jaw breaker. We were there less than 30 mins. The only thing good about this place was the coke.
