My phone has been giving problems and I just wanted to be rid of it and get a 16 pro. Simple in and out type thing we already have an account I just needed a phone. The salesperson did not acknowledge that I walked in and was acting friendly with the people that spoke in his first language of Spanish. I stood there and waited for 30 minutes and the only time he bothered acknowledging my prescience there was because he was walking one of the Spanish speaking people over to the iPhone section where I was waiting to get an iPhone. Arrived there at 6:48 and left at 7:20 with zero help and not even an apology for the wait. If I could give negative stars to the salesperson I would, and he should be fired for the racism. Gage helped us get our new phones, showing us the colors available and accessories needed. Today I had to go back with an issue getting my data to transfer (I have a lot of notes, voice memo's and pictures) the young man ( sorry I didn't get his name. Young Hispanic bilingual man who didn't wear a Samsung shirt, lol the others had one on, said he felt left out) was top notch. He did a great job resolving my issue. I highly recommend this shop and the staff were all friendly.
