I have stopped at this location many times on my trips through Gainesville and the young blonde lady that was always on duty during breakfast hours really made improvements over the last couple years! She was efficient and friendly and made the drive-thru experience a pleasure. But I stopped here for breakfast one day last week and it was a complete disaster! They had approx. six employees that were all completely clueless! The order-taker wasn't listening to anything I asked for and couldn't figure out how to take my very simple order in the drive-thru. When I asked for a small cup of ice water with my breakfast and coffee, she tried to charge me for a milk, and the other employee spilled my coffee and then handed me a cup of lemonade that was leaking through the bottom. I didn't even order a milk or a lemonade. It appeared as though they had all just started on the job and it was obvious that none of them had received any training whatsoever. I asked about the blonde lady that usually took my order, and they said she was no longer working there. After waiting for them to try to figure out how to correct my order, I got upset and they had the audacity to tell me I was giving them attitude! I was about to lose it, so I just asked for my money back so I could go elsewhere and finally get some breakfast. They couldn't even figure out how to refund my money in the register, so they just handed me cash even though I paid with a credit card. Absolutely horrible service! Read moreOn the 20th, I placed an order online through the app. I was excited to try out the new chicken wraps. The app asked if I wanted to pick up thru the drive thru in store or delivery. Since I was heading to work I chose to use the drive thru option. I pull up to the speaker box and waited for well over 8 minutes and there was even cars behind me and I got no getting or a hold on, nothing... I pull up to the window and was asked what I wanted and I told the girl I was there to pick up my online order. I was told that I had to come inside to pick up my order. Why in the heck is it even a option on the app if it's not really an option. I go inside and give my name and then I am told that they don't have my order... I pulled up my electric receipt it showed the gainsville location the order number and everything. I even pulled up my bank account and showed that the money has been charged to my account. I was still refused my food.... that's so messed up to have paid for food and not receiving it. Worst Burger King I have...

I changed my review today on Tuesday February 28th because I took my 3 girls and my neice for dinner. We had to send back 4 burgers because they were not right. The second time we got them 3 of the burgers weren't right.. Then the 3rd time my neice said she would just scrape the stuff off she didn't want and I did the same. My oldest daughter jut asked for musturd only. And they put musturd and catchup on it. I told her to eat it anyway. The meat on my burger was not done it was still pink. And unfortunately I didn't notice till after 3 bites.. I just threw it away and didn't say anything. My husband wanted a plain double whopper. And when I got it it was a Jr cheese burger. When I got it home he couldn't eat it. The bread was too hard.. I don't think I'll be Goin back for a while. But when I gave them my receipt to fix it they lost it "somewhere in the back" .
