Absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced! I normally don't complain or bring food back, but when I order something with extra sauce and it's completely dry, I thought I should let them know. When I brought half of my burger back and showed the manager, she argued with me saying that she had watched the girl put it on both sides. I said "where?" Opening the burger and showing nothing on the bottom, and MAYBE a drop on top. She said "well, I'd usually make you another one, but you've already eaten it" .. I said "You're really going to argue with me on this? I ate about Half , hoping I would find a bite with sauce in it, while driving, before I pulled over to safely look at the rest of it and see that it was just as DRY!" At this point she had already turned and walked into the back, leaving me alone and in disbelief at the horrendous service. I'll admit, in anger I did throw the rest of my burger and drink at the back wall and walked out.. at which point the manager followed me out cussing me and flipping me off. . I typically stop by this Whataburger three days a week on my way home from work,but i will NEVER eat at this Whataburger again!.. ps I stopped at the Whataburger in whitesboro since I was still hungry, and had a 💯 Wonderful experience! Read moreThe food was decent. But we recently had ordered online to pick up. My wife got there to pick our order up only to discover that someone else had received our order. So they try and argue that we had already picked it up. They finally agree that it had been given to someone else. They remake it and my wife gets home. Then discovers that the order is majorly incorrect and missing quite a few things. She contacts them and they were kind enough to comp a whole new meal for everyone. So a week or so goes by and we go to claim the order. No trouble there in claiming it. But the manager puts in the order and we proceed to wait. When we finally get the order we of course check it due to how it went down the first time. Low and behold the order is missing numerous items and is incorrect on a couple more items. So we have to wait even longer. You would think the manager, who by the way is the one who took our order that day would have went above and beyond to be sure that this time around everything is correct and as it should be. Very disappointed in the staff and there complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Grant it this is just my opinion. But the likelihood of us returning...
Read moreWorst. Visit. Ever. I would rate ZERO STARS is possible. Walked in - no one was in line. We stood there for 4-5 minutes, no one has greeted us. Even the MANAGER that brought food out from the back TWICE did not speak to us either time as she walked past us. I finally walked over to kitchen’s edge and asked if anyone was taking orders and mgr finally yells for someone to go up front. Sadly, FIVE customers came in after us and ALL FIVE customers received their orders before us, which prompted me to go up front and check on our order. When I made the inquiry on my order the gentleman turned around and walked to the back of the kitchen and pulled my food which was sitting in a bag on the BOTTOM shelf in the kitchen and handed the bag me… Even though the label on the bag said dine-in. Food was barely warm at this point. Needless to say, we asked for a refund and allowed them to keep the cold food they thought was acceptable service. Manager showed no concern for the service failure. Be cautious of this location if you’re looking for decent service because you will not find it...
