Mella saved my dress and my wedding day!! I am so blessed to have found her!! Be ready to feel like a queen on your wedding day and get the concierge service!! I bought a dress online and it was the worst choice I could have made. When my dress arrived (4 weeks before my wedding) it was nothing like what I had pictured- fabric was wrong, beads were wrong, fit was wrong and I was running out of time! I found her work on instagram and immediately knew she was going to make the dress of my dreams! Her work is so detailed, from the fabric to the stitching. She was so kind, from our first conversation to my wedding day! She kept me updated on the progress and did everything so quickly. She immediately scheduled my custom fitting and had plenty of options. She was able to keep the original fabric but 85% of my dress was redone by her. She was able to remove the corset and add a zipper, took it in about 3 sizes, she cinched my waist, added the custome top I wanted, fitted the bottom and added a petticoat, added the sleeves and beading, jewels and shoulder cross strap of my dreams! I wanted ELEGANT SEXY and she delivered!!! She was so much more affordable than I would have ever thought! I do not know of any bridal stores that would ever give the time, detail and perfection that she provided. Amazing Designer…

At the last minute and close to a holiday, I needed a dress for my 55th Birthday Celebration because what I purchased months prior no longer worked. After countless hours shopping online and in stores, I was not able to find a dress that I was happy with.

The consensus was that I needed to find a designer in Atlanta and so the hunt began….Family from NY sent me 3 designers by way of IG and Mella Couture was the 1st to respond. Needless to say, I was nervous because at this time we have less than 3 weeks until the party.

Well, I have to say the experience working with Carmella exceeded my expectations from start to finish! She assured me that she could make it happen. Although I had a vision, I was unsure about certain design aspects and material. She was professional, patient, and available. Carmella’s eye for design and fashion amplified my vision and the result was a short, beautiful, and sexy sequin dress. She also designed an off the shoulder shirt to pair with silver sequin shorts.

I highly recommend Mella Couture for all your custom design visions! I will be utilizing the services of Mella Couture in the future!

I can't begin to express how grateful I am for Mrs. Carmella Matthews and the incredible work she did. She truly deserves to be recognized as a board-certified surgeon. Not only did she save my dress, but she also made me feel like the most beautiful bride. The dress had numerous issues, from the size and shape to the color of the mesh, and I was completely overwhelmed.

The moment she saw me in the dress, she immediately took charge, pulling out the scissors with such confidence. I had called her in a panic, feeling devastated, after purchasing my dress online. She responded right away, booking an appointment without hesitation. From there, the transformation began, and I could not be more thrilled with the result.
