My daughter and I even purchased something which was so great because I got to experience my daughter’s first jewelry purchase of a beautiful ring. This was a full circle moment for me and my daughter seeing as I have been a Kay Kustomer since my daughter was a little girl and Lori has seen her grow from a little girl playing in the chairs in the Lakeshore Mall to the store front as an adult on Dawsonville Highway. I dealt with two different Kays who never got my ring right. We purchased this ring in July and I've only had it two weeks due to it constantly being in repair and not being taken care of by the employees. I went to see Emily in Gainesville and she verified that my ring was in fact blue diamond when I was told that there were only 4. Emily verified the real diamond and talked to customer care and said that the other stores were wrong and that I did actually have the blue diamonds I paid for.
