Can you guys kindly figure out a way to organize the whole sip club situation? I keep placing my order on the app for a drink only, which tells me my drink is self serve; however, the amount of times I've been hounded by employees asking me what I'm doing, when I'm doing what the app says, is ridiculous. The easiest way you do it is when you just leave me a cup at the pick up area with the order name on it. Then I can just grab it quickly without having to wait in line when I've already placed my order and the app tells me its ready. I don't self serve myself anymore if there isn't a cup there at the pick up area with my name on it, because I'm tired of dealing with the employees thinking I'm stealing. It's annoying that I'm placing an online order so I can get in and get out, just to have to wait in line just to get a cup and explain why I'm there. And half of the time, they want my phone number to look me up and make sure I'm part of the reward program but it's like...I placed an online order WITH my reward account info so why do you need to look me up again? I'm literally just picking up an order I already put my info in for, not placing a new one. Can you please just put a cup up in the order area with the order name (like any other online order) each time someone orders a drink only so we can stop having to wait in line and explain our situation? Or, if it really is self serve, can you find a way where I can grab my cup and not get accused by your employees for stealing? I'm sure people DO steal, so I get it, but I just feel like this could be...
Read moreMy score for this establishment went from a 3 to a 2 while just sitting there.
I entered at a slow period right around 11:50am. A guest was at the counter asking about her order which was supposed to be done at 11:20am. They told her they were getting it bagged and ready, and I heard her state they said that 3 minutes ago.
An Asian lady in a pink shirt, who I assume to be the manager, came to the register and impatiently assisted my party. While we were ordering (11:54am) she took out her phone, âhidâ it behind the register, opened up iMessage, and I clearly saw her text sheâll be home around 3:30pm. She confirmed our order as a dine-in.
The wait wasnât bad at all. We were seated with a buzzer when an employee handed us a bag of food and took our buzzer without saying a word. We were seated for a dine in experience so we were upset when we didnât really receive one...
The guest that was waiting for her order left at 12:04pm, meaning she had waited a whole 42 minutes on an order that she had prepaid and preordered.
Upon leaving at 12:24pm, there was a long line. We heard the timer for the oven going off. I witnessed the same manager run (literally) to the back without saying a word to her guest, and then come back without saying a thing (ex: sorry, thanks for your patience, etc.).
Iâve been visiting this Panera infrequently for at least 8 years. I have never once had such an inconsiderate visit that was so bone dry in customer service. However, the establishment itself was clean and the food was as...
Read moreTook my wife out for an afternoon date. It's been two years since I'd been to Panera and even longer for her. We were sorely disappointed. The prices were high, quality was iffy. We ordered 2 bagels both with cream cheese. That was almost $6.00. You get better from many places. For example, I had two bagel from the Kroger deli (buy one get one) they were great. Jalapeno and cheddar, I ate them cold and w/o cream cheese. The Dunk'n has a better bagel. Atlanta Bread Co has better bagel. Landers (from the Walmart) is a better bagel. Panera's bagels are tough and too chewy. They tasted (again) day old. The broccoli and cheddar soup tasted like Campbell's soup. The turkey blt and avocado ½ sandwich was more like abŸ. I thought it was a combo deal. It cost over $11.00. FOR A CUP OF SOUP&HALF Ÿ OF A TASTELESS SANDWICH!!! When we were ready to leave, I went to the restroom. Mind you, they were not busy. The sign on the door proudly bespoke how they pridefully clean the restrooms. WHEN? AT CLOSING? it was so dirty. I won't even describe it. My daughter was talking about going to Panera... I told her not to. I would not recommend...
