The staff was very unprofessional the manager Steve was about as rude as they come very immature not wanting to help with anything. Not to mention the older lady who works there was just about as useless as he was not pleased at all with how the employees acted during my experience with the store. Could find a lot better prices and selection of products else where. No wonder the turn over rate at this store is high they can’t keep anyone due to the mangers operating the store. He needs to get out from the closet and stop hiding and start helping the customers and staff when necessary. One of my workers Called this morning to return a pair of boots that did not fit correctly after wearing them for maybe an hour and they said they do returns over the phone yet when I get there she said because I wore them for an hour that I cannot return them. Both of the little girls in there were being b i t c h e s about a tiny scuff mark like the new boots don't have the same wear on them from people trying them on! I own a business in this town and I usually buy a lot of boots from this place but none of my guys will ever go back...

I have visited a lot of Cavenders locations around Texas and this one by far is the best! The young ladies working were very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They truly cared about helping, made great recommendations, honest about what matched me not just trying to sell me something. The personalization they put into it made them shine!!
