I want to give a shout out to Cooke County Appliance in Gainesville. We needed a refrigerator for a rent house. Everything at Home Depot, Lowe's, every other Appliance stores in Cooke or Grayson County were out of reg freezer on top fridge. In fact they were on backorder till end of month. Cooke County App, had one of what I needed. They set up delivery with my tenant. Delivered new one, hooked it up removed the old one. On top of that they called me to tell me there was a small dent when they uncrated it and gave me a $75 refund. I haven't had that kind of customer service in a while.
