Underground Vapes — Local services in Gainesville

The guy working was very friendly and it's a nice shop; however, I came in knowing very minimal about vaping outside of my normal Juul. However, the Juul never hits consistently and has given me nothing but issues. So, I wanted something higher quality that was refillable. I figured going in person would be ideal, even if it did cost a bit more, it would be worth it for the advice and suggestions. I told the guy working that I wanted something that hit with a kick (throat hit) and was discrete in both size and cloud production, similar to the Juul. I was suggested to purchase the Smok Nord over the Novo 2 and I now realize this is probably the exact opposite of what I asked for. On top of this, I went online and realized I was sold the old Nord 1 ($30) version for the same price the new version is going for online. This Nord has absolutely no kick and is entirely unsatisfying. I used to smoke tobacco and went to the Juul as a similarly satisfying hit and buzz, yet with fewer side effects. That being said, this Nord vape was a complete waste of money. After messing with it most the day and trying different coils, I'm literally sitting here trying to just get my Juul to work again. Frustrating, I probably would have been much better off simply purchasing online.

Update** After the issue, John contacted me personally and took care of the issue entirely. I will forever stand by this shop's dedication to their customers. Now I see why everyone in the extended Gainesville area only goes to this one place. Customer service like this...

The staff is so friendly! The newer female employee that's been working on the weekends was incredibly nice even though she wasn't able to spend the whole holiday with her kids. She's so helpful and very knoweledgable about the products, which, I think are fairly resonable for the most part. The only thing that leaves something to be desired is their more "upscale juices", but that's just me. It'd be cool to see like a flavor of the month, maybe an email that describes it. Also, I have to wonder, with all that space, why don't they do something? Different kinds of products? Consignment? Clothing/ Accessories/ Glasses? Hookah bar in the back? Novelty adult type items (siniliar to Spencer's and those little stores that sell things for "tobacco" use only?) So many possibilities!, but still pretty good overall! I will def keep...

Me and my sister went in and bought like a little more that $200 worth of stuff all together. there was no one else open after 5 so we decided to try underground vapes. And the man in there was just so rude and didn't smile at all and being sarcastic asf. Being the first time going in there not knowing what all kinds of juices and mods they had it took like 20 so minutes to pick out a mod for my sister and like 5 bottles of juices he looked mad asf but just wasn't a good experience at all. I'd rather wait until Misty's is open the next day rather than go back... To be honest first time experiences does a lot, I hope the attitude changes..! And kind of over priced.. Other than that I like the juice...
