DICK'S Sporting Goods — Local services in Gainesville

The only reason I'm giving a second star is for the service. I went in a week and a half ago and gave the golf "pro" my approach wedge club to be re shafted and re gripped. Golf "pro" was really nice and helpful.

No phone call or email a week later. I call THEM and ask about my club. The associate says that it has been done for nearly a week and apologizes for not notifying me. No big deal, I'm pretty easy going.

I arrive to pick up my club, 45 min before my 2nd golf game since I gave them my club. The different golf "pro" hands me MY club, no grip or shaft installed, he hands me all the pieces. I get pretty bent and he just starred at me over his computer (which he was on the entire time).

So after multiple tries of getting the thing fixed, I'm heading in to try and get my club. Would be awesome if they comped the labor cause it's pretty ridiculous. First REALLY bad experience with...

I ordered shoes online, I apparently went in to pick them up before the "email" was sent saying they were ready. When I came in everyone was standing around doing nothing so honestly getting my shoes before they initially sent the email shouldn't have been a problem, I should have already had an email saying they were ready since they weren't even doing anything. The shoes were sitting up front but I wasn't allowed to take them yet because they didn't do their part yet out of pure laziness. They were all rude except for one older lady at the front. Really ridiculous honestly and that's probably why they get no business and probably won't even have a business in Gainesville within a year. Wonderful shop in there I love all the products the store is well set up customer service could be a little bit more improved was forced to take our wagon box with us they were not wanting or willing to throw it away in their big dumpster we did open it and take it out because all the stuff we had bought we had just threw in it so we don't have to take one of their shopping carts out but was told take our trash take our trash when asked if they could throw in theirs they said no the amount of money that we spent their you think they could at least thrown it for us.
