First off beware employees are adding fees to your transaction hoping you wont notice. The store was supposed to open at 10 a.m., but they didn’t unlock the doors until about 10 minutes later. On top of that, because of the pokdmon release, they were only letting five people in at a time, so the rest of us had to wait outside. I didn’t get inside until around 10:40, and I was just there to pick up battlefield. Honestly, they should’ve had two separate lines one for the pokemon crowd and another for people just picking something up. Once I finally got in, everything seemed fine, but I noticed something a little shady at checkout. I'm 100% sure the manager or the district manager is making the employees do this. The cashier added a product replacement fee to my purchase without saying anything the same thing she did to the guy ahead of me who was also buying battlefield. When I pointed it out, she removed it right away, but it still felt dishonest, especially toward people who might not notice. It was about six bucks, which isn’t much, but it’s still a sneaky way for the store to make extra money off unaware customers. Next time, instead of standing outside waiting, I’ll just buy from Walmart, Target, or maybe even Wizards Video Games...

I go here to get anything new (systems, games, novelties, etc) just for the sake of nabbing the rewards points to get free stuff but I'll never do trades at this place. They will rip you a new one on those corporate trade in prices and will go even deeper if you want cash and not store credit. It's rare that I do any trades anyways, but when I do I just go a quarter mile down the street to Wizards. Most of the time, these guys are real helpful and if it's not too busy, you can even get a good nerdy convo on with some of them. These guys sold me a used Xbox 360 years ago and it overheated and they replaced it free of charge for another. Same thing happened with the replacement so they knocked off 25 bucks of a new one and I walked out happy.

And to all the guys saying they'll run you around and push you to preorder and get all the extra junk; you need to realize that they are paid and trained to push those things and also just learn to say no. I've found that if you just say you aren't interested in that particular franchise and ask about the preorder release of a game you are interested in,...

When we went in there were a handful of customers waiting to be helped or ask questions. There was a little line and despite the fact that there were 2 workers, only one was working. TJ was attending to every customer, looking for items, was attending to small details, and checking everyone out. At the same time, another worker was busy in conversation while leaning against the back counter almost the entire time we were in there. Even when we were the last of the customers to be inside at the time he was busy talking and not doing anything. The singular thing he did was grab one game off a shelf because he was already standing the area talking. He was tall-ish, wore glasses, had brown hair, and was wearing a blue flannel (and was unnecessarily loud). I have to commend TJ for being kind, attentive, and respectful the entire time despite being the only person working. Conversation with customers is fine, but JUST talking and not working while at work is questionable… especially when there are only two workers on shift. The 4 stars are literally for TJ...
