I would never recommend this place. They will sell you lies just to make a sell. I went in to purchase a mattress and the rep stated that he would give me a free box spring. In the price it included delivery and taking away my old bed. On top of that the mattress I thought I was getting was not the same I saw that day. The day of delivery the mattress came along with the headboard but not box spring. The delivery guy insisted we keep our old box spring because the mattress would be too low to the ground. I called and spoke with the a rep that stated he knew there was a missing box spring and would order one for me immediately. It's been over a week and no box spring has been delivered. The whole experience was filled with lies. To clarify experience the mattress I received was not the one I saw at the store and the guy feed me lies it was from the same company, and they promised me a box spring and I never got one. If the rep was honest up front about everything it would have possibly turn this experience around but instead I got someone that didn't care what happened after the purchase as long as the sale went through. I was looking for a particular sectional but couldn't find it in the area. Would've had to wait months for delivery but Bobby's Furniture was able to order it and get it within 2 weeks. Delivery service was on time, even in the rain, and the delivery guys were fast, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, within 30 days, there was a manufacturing issue with the sectional (not the fault of Bobby's Furniture), and a portion of the sectional needed to be replaced. Bobby's Furniture quickly addressed the issue and replaced the defective piece within 2 weeks, no questions asked. I didn't have to go through the extended warranty to make a claim.
