I've been a HF customer for years, going back to when they mailed catalogs and they had no stores. Have bought many items from them and yes some of their products will let you down but not all of their products should be dismissed as junk, that is simply and absolutely wrong. I used to pay high dollar for so called top brand tools, but not anymore.
Take a HF 4 inch Grinder ($15.00)for example, it can stand side by side with any other grinder out there, mine has served well for over 10 years now, is has been used & abused regularly and it is still going strong.

Hope you have a good experience with HF products weather for occasional use of for everyday professional work and leave those overpriced tools behind. If the item fails---...

They didn't even open the box to check. I had used a special coupon for it because the normal 20% don't apply to Central Machinery and since they didn't have any in stock, they gave me a rain check so I didn't lose my discount. Great service is always present. Great staff and love...
