Crisp & Juicy — Restaurant in Maryland

This was my #1 go to restaurant until yesterday. On Thursday I ordered a 1/2 chicken and when a got home I had a 1/4 and one leg, for the years I’ve been a client I never had my order wrong until then so it wasn’t a big deal, yesterday I went and ordered a whole and paid in full but mentioned to the manager what happen. He says SO WHAT DO YOU WANT to what I said I want nothing from you just wanted to let you know he offered a sauce or something I said no thank you. The he went to his office and pulled a video and the asked me to come see. He says here is your order “there were other orders in the video” but to him the one he was showing me was mine and he goes. THERE IS A FULL 1/2 CHICKEN HERE AND THIS IS YOUR OTHER. So I asked are you trying to tell me that I’m lying to you now? Did I ask for my money back or some sore of discount? NO! So why would I Say something if it is not true? I WAS SO OFFENDED BY THIS. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. thankfully there are other rotisserie...

This place is horrible. I placed my Crisp & Juicy order on Uber eats. I even called them after i placed my order. NO ONE COULD SPEAK ENGLISH i asked for my plantains extra crispy they said ok. It got delivered and my plantains where do soft an mushy disgusting. I called to complain. And no one understood me, I asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise the lady who could speak barely any English at all was the Manger. She kept telling me I ordered from Rockville. When I know for a fact I ordered from gaithersburg. CRISP & JUICY I'm all for hiring illegal immigrants and all but atleast help them take English class when hiring them. Help your employees. I bet yall probably paying them under minimum wage also. Your food was nasty...

The first time I ate there, I had arguably the best chicken of my life. And I've been eating Pollo A La Brassa for the last 25 years. Blown away... beyond 5-stars. Then I ate there again, and it tasted like most other Perucho pollo spots. Very good, decent flavor, decent crispness, but nothing like the first time. The pollo was not as hot as it should've been either, and got cold on me in less than 5 minutes. Gotta work on their consistency.

I still give them 5 stars because of that first time being so incredible. And the service is excellent and quick. I'll go a 3rd time in hopes of them getting right...
