Beware!! We hired Beyond Catering for our wedding , well... it was awful... I paid for 3 large charcuterie boards at $150 each. They did not provide 3 ready made boards as promised with meat, cheese,fruit , veggies dips and pickled veggies ,Instead they decided to bring one board and cut up pepperoni, cheese and crackers . First thing that upset me, the second thing was the quality of the food provided, the pulled pork was cold, the chicken was burnt , the potato salad was awful and our 6 inch wedding cake didn't have a single decoration on it. I told her to put flowers on it and make it pretty. Nothing . Then they charged us $330 for 4 attendants who brought the food in..did Not provide full service as promised and as paid for. Not a single attendant served or picked up plates, what they did do was pack up early and insult our guests who were still hungry. It was the worst experience I ever had with a caterer. NOTHING and I mean nothing was as promised. They have a money back guarantee but they don't honor it at all. When I wrote the owner on Sunday, I got a response the next day from her office staff which was quite frankly a bunch of excuses. So I asked the owner to call me. No phone call. So I sent her another text and an email .still nothing. So I wrote I'd be coming by to discuss this matter, as I was highly upset. The owner Meagan threatened me and said if we came by she'd call the police. So that's how they do business. I still have her response and if there was a place to post it I would. We would not recommend this service for a wedding. The lack of communication, lack of attention to detail, and poorness in logistical execution made for a subpar experience. The vendor does not understand what wedding "stations" are or how they work. They brought a staff member that took photographs of guests, including a four year old child, showed up drunk, and made racial comments and had to be escorted off the site. The vendor could have avoided many issues, and yet refused to check out the venue or meet before the event. The email we received post-wedding was defiant and refused to take responsibility. Our wedding planner had to handle these issues, along with some of our friends. We are providing 2 instead of one star because the food they did get put out was tasty.

Attached is a photo of what their "hot cocoa and cider station" looked like for the 10 minutes they had it up, before taking it down because it was "too hot". There were no marshmallows, cinnamon sticks, mugs, anything to make it a fall cocoa cider station. Instead, it was a church basement setup (this was $450 and was only out for 10 minutes)

This should really have been a full refund minus the food that was put out, but we only received 6% back even though we did not receive even 60% of the services paid for. We understand things happen, we are more upset with the response and the lack of accountability from...

We hired Beyond Catering for my daughter‘s baby shower. I wanted to create an afternoon tea party and Beyond Catering went above and beyond my expectations. From my first phone call with Jenna,their event planner, they worked tirelessly to bring my vision to life. They had great suggestions and gave everything a personal touch. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. They attended to our guests at the party with warmth and hospitality. I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience.
