Praises to God for all he has done. My Family and the folks at this VA store. On ( 1035 East Stuart drive VA 24333) God opened their hearts to help. (A Ram in the Bush)They are awesome Godly Men. They are very nice and respectful will help not only with parts but also come to ur car to help assist you with ur issue and try to fix it. They don't rush you out their store. And if they don't have a part their honest. They want to make sure your good to go. Exceptional quality service at this store. They really treat the customers as if you're family. This was a very stressful time. I just buried my father and was on the way home when the car broke down. They really made the stress level for me.. Go down. By talkn calmly and askn if there's anything else they could do. I really am appreciative of The way they went above and beyond all they needed to do to get us back driving. We had to drive to Akron Ohio. After being left stranded on the mountain for 3 hrs without a ride. Or tow from our insurance company. VaDot dropped us at Oreillys parts store. I’m sooo thankful and all praises to God for them. Jess, Dennis and Jeff. I pray God bless y’all overflowing with watever y’all need. Honestly most of the staff have been good to me, everytime time I've been there. Except for the assistant manager being weirdly hostile to me in store and on social media saying derogatory and otherwise creepy things based on my beliefs and religion. I Believe his name is Mr. Brandon Phipps. I have to give low stars because of him, he always talks down to me when i ask general questions about parts and always makes me feel like i dont belong there. then he will turn around and tell me on social media, "since you said no, that ill be the weak one when war breaks out". Arrived at store and could find no person to assist me. I called out twice and received no response , although I could hear an employee on his cell phone.Finally the employee came out and said he had been on the cell.
