Secret Garden — Local services in Gallatin

We went in there this past wknd for the first time.. we were looking for a powered car for my 2 year old, and she was so excited to get a cute pink and purple one that they're had there. It wasn't cheap by any means, $30, but we bought because it did come with a battery and charger... we got it home, my daughter couldn't wait to ride it... she got on, tried it and it barely ran... we figured it just needed to be charged, which we did for overnight, and then the next day, we tried it again, and nothing.. it didnt work at all.. my daughter was devastated... I called them to let them know that they sold something that didnt work.. it will cost me another $30 at least for a new battery .. asked what they could do, and the lady replied you can return it for store credit.. no apology or anything.. I think that's horrible business etiquette and practice to not even offer an apology, nevermind offer to...

Good place! The prices are great! It's a little bit congested with all of the items but they pretty much have anything your children need. They also have a small section for pregnant mothers and breast feeding/new born baby items for sale. They have an are for teenagers. A LOT of Alabama shirts for all ages and Tennessee shirts for all ages. A small are for girls gymnastics/ dance wear...

I am sad to say that this place has gone down hill. I had been bringing business for the past 3 years and yesterday when I went to obtain my last check with them ,one of my items was returned back to me with fresh stains on it. I was told that they did not want the item and that the owner probably put there child in it. Completely unprofessional and unfortunately I will not...
