Horrible customer service from Twila. I was picking up an online order and she refused me at first. Until I had asked for a manager. She called Elias from receiving. He stated he would work on it and bring it to the front in 30 minutes. I was okay with that and waited. 30 minutes past, I went back to customer service. Twila seen me and did not respond, until I was on the phone with my husband letting him know she has not spoke to me & it's likely not ready. Twila told me i needed to call the store and tell me how to do their job. The had the most unprofessional attitude I've experienced at Home Depot; especially when my daughter was beside me. I also let her know the attitude was unnecessary, but was mocked from it. I also let her know I was not there to have conflict, but only to pick up my item. She or Elias didn't seem to care at all. This really hurt my experience with Home Depot. I will reconsider purchasing anything from this store because of this. I presented 1 star, due to the night manager able to help without attitude. Read more1 star just cause the customer service is awful, the workers just stand around, side eye you, with the look of "please don't ask me anything" look on their faces, instead of stepping up and asking if you need help. Another example of bad customer service, my sister who is just about 5' tall and asked the cashier if she could get some help wit 40lbs bags of wood pellets, the cashier just tells her "go ask those guys over there" so my sister goes over to a group of guys just standing around and they tell her "you have to ask the cashier for help" she goes back to the cashier and she tells my sister that the one and only person to help load is on break! So my sister tells her, "are you serious!? You guys only have one person too help load?" And at the register area there was literally 10+ workers just standing around and talking and 6 male employees outside the loading doors just watching one guy on a lift fixing a vent on the roof. So out of the 16 people, they only have one person to help customers? Bad bad customer service. Read moreBeen to this Home Depot many times. My wife and I bought a foreclosed house in Gallup last year that we fixed up and so we have had to frequent this store a lot lately. It is almost always a hassle: Online orders say they are ready for pickup, and then we go to the store and they aren't ready; We ask for home delivery and they deliver it to the store instead; We had to order 4 new windows for the house, each obviously needing to be replacement windows and not new construction windows, and 3 of the 4 that they got for us were new construction windows and not useable even after we specifically talked with the doors and windows employee and ordered them specifically through him; If it says an item is in stock at the store online, in reality, it only is about 50% of the time; If it says it will delivery by a certain date, that only happens about 50% of the time as well. If there were another home renovation store in town, we would go there before this Home Depot every time. But since there isn't, we will no doubt continue to be disappointed and frustrated by the 1-star service that this...
