Super Buffet — Restaurant in Gallup

Very very horrible service. Hosted a party of 20 and was charged for 28. We were instructed to get in a line so they can add us to a list... when the second round of 6 guests went up no one was even there to count, therefore i created my own list as proof. When I confronted the owner about the extra charges she got upset and yelled "there's nothing I can do about it you already paid" I showed her my list of individuals and asked her to check cameras for the party area. She refused to do so and still said there was nothing she could do. We were charged $110.72 extra for people that never even attended. The overall reason for the 1 star is the way we were treated infront of all the customers, and the unwillingness of the owner to even try and fix their wrong. 100 degrees outside. Like 80 or 90 inside. No Type of cooling. Cold foods were okay. The hot foods were in danger zone. I when u got to the table. I stuck my finger into the rice it was not even hot. The enchiladas were gross and all mushy! The fry bread was hard and rubbery. The meat tasted funky. I asked for managers to tell them. Some Chinese cook came out, and instead of checking on the food, he accuses me of getting food 3 times earlier. I told him no we just sat down. absolutely not. went here with my mom and the mac and cheese was watery, the enchiladas was mostly tortillas, mashed potatoes was plain. the food was cold and the way it looked made me want to throw up. the ceiling is filled with stains and is most likely to mold. i felt very nauseous and my stomach hurt after taking a few bites. i did not finish any food and we left. the health department should shut this place down. definitely wasn’t worth $30 for two.
