Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Garden City

I don't take this rating lightly but this is at least the 3rd time I've received extremely poor service at this Little Caesars location. My experience for the most part is related to the service or lack thereof in relation to picking up orders for delivery via DoorDash. On one occasions the entire staff was overwhelmed and I waited so long that eventually I had to abandon my customers order because no progress was being made and the wait time was literally costing me money. I gave them a pass on this occasion because their platform had just opened up for delivery through Doordash and so the shear amount of orders crashed their system. However on my most recent visit today I realized that not only does the entire staff lack customer focused attitudes but quite literally treat customers as a nuisance. Upon pulling into the parking lot I noticed the drive-thru line was about 5 cars long so decided to pick up my order inside the store. Entering the store it took several minutes before I even spotted an employee. After more than 10 minutes an employee acknowledged me only to advise that the lobby was closed. As a customer service trainer for over 10 years I was appalled by the absolute unwillingness of the employee to retrieve my customer's order and send me on my way. I was an easy "here you go, have a nice evening" but instead was a future addition to an already extremely slow moving line. Frustrated and having two orders to pick up, I decided to pick up my 2nd order from KFC and went ahead and delivered it prior to coming back. I actually dreaded coming back for this order and had I not already spoken to my customer I likely would have abandoned it and let another dasher pick up the slack which I greatly dislike doing and have only done so twice among my 1,100 orders delivered with Doordash but I persevered, went back.and waited in the drive-thru for a good 30-45 minutes, barely managed to request my customer's order without snapping on the employee and exited as quickly as possible vowing to never accept another order from Little Caesars. Overall the management of this particular store has no direction, no focus on customers or customer service and attitudes towards customers are that they're a burden with which we only assist, inefficiently I might add, as a means to an end getting said customers out of their domain so they may return to the peaceful bliss of uninterrupted paid time socializing with each other and online with little regard to the business that employed them. Needless to say I'm surprised this train wreck has not already sacrificed itself to the land of the lost with windows and doors boarded up. Like a baby turtle navigating the mighty sea this location evades sure death on a daily basis but...

I’ve always had great service. However, in my most recent visit they gave me the wrong pizzas. When I politely spoke up the lady at the register was kind and went to go ask about the wrong order. Another older lady came in telling me that I was wrong when I ordered the pizza according to the young man who took my order. I had to be assertive and respectfully let them know that I always order the same pizza and I’ve never had a problem, I’m 100% sure when I called I specifically stated what I wanted. Furthermore, I told her I’ve been patient and I’m not asking for trouble I’m just asking for the right pizza. If I was rude and asking for my money back perhaps I’d justify the older lady and young man who made a mistake. Went there to purchase pizzas I have five grandchildren I'm raising went there to little Caesars 3 times to purchase pizzas and all three times I was told I could only purchase 1 pizza because they had too many online orders to make I was very confused when I said I will wait how long would it be they said they couldn't make them We talking at the time of 6 pm -6:30 pm They were done making hot and ready pizzas or any drive thru pizzas the first time it happened I was wow their really busy second time I thought what is going on the third time I know something is going on at little Caesars in Garden City ks So we don't even try to order pizzas there we just go to Dominos I'm not complaining but this store needs Corporate to go in investigate what's going on.
