Pearl's Sports Shop — Local services in Garden City

The tables and bounce house I rented were all fine. However, the customer service was not. The owners never bothered to greet me any of the times they were around me. The young lady working the counter was nice. I went into the store expecting great service since they have so many great reviews, but I didn't get it. The owners were a bit rude the couple times they spoke to me. I felt very unwelcome and like my business wasn't cared for. When dropping off tables it was the same thing again with the owners. They didn't bother to greet or even look at us. Another lady working in the back was nice though and so was a gentleman that was working there. He at least said hi from a distance. Typically I don't complain about prices, but for how expensive it was just to secure a few items I would at least expect to be treated with respect. I'm sorry I had to leave this negative review, but I just felt customer service...
