Harbor Village Plaza — Local services in Garden Grove

Just like most shopping centers. Went to Red Lobster there. More often than not nowadays, the excuse for slow service is "short of help". We were there when lunch crush was over. The place was nearly empty. Yes, I admit sometimes senior citizens & people w/various disabilities may be "testy" for those who may not be familiar w/them. My personal opinion is management should provide more sensitivity training for their staff. Why would I want to use a gadget on our table that works slower than I, to order our food, even to pay? Sure, our server was flustered, new at serving lunch crowd. Had to go off & ask in order to have our questions answered. That's ok. She did her best. In the end, KARINA (server) did well.
