Customer service is absolutely terrible. The elderly lady working at the front didn’t speak any English so when I questioned if an order I was picking up to deliver to a customer was accurate, she ran to the back to speak to a gentleman. He came out speaking to her(in a foreign language)but she was still confused. He then became irritated that she kept questioning him as there was 2 orders there both of which were not labeled with customer names or order content info. He turned his attitude towards me as if I was causing a problem. As a delivery driver I was just trying to clarify the order I was picking up was correct for both my customers satisfaction & as is my job to ensure when providing delivery services. He then began yelling at me to confirm my order (which had already been done but he didn’t believe me). I showed him my phone & that I had confirmed the order.. at that point my app was on a screen to ‘confirm delivery’ but he still thought it was to confirm pickup & he followed me halfway out the door continuing to yell at me about what i needed to do. I informed him i had done my job correctly & he was directing his anger at the wrong person as I was only trying to confirm my customers order was correct & that he needed to ensure the front of the house had their part in order to prevent these issues going forward & left. Ordered online via the hotel recommendation and even showing a discount for there customers. Asked for a timed delivery as we wanted to have an hour in the pool before returning to Disney. Food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering far too early. The size of the rice portion for the set menu for 4 was just a little more than a portion for 1 I pointed out the issues on delivery to be given his phone. The lady was very rude saying this is the size for the meal. I asked about the discount to be point blank refused. The lady put the phone down on me. I then called them on my phone to again be told this is the size for the order which ok I accepted. When asking about the main issue with the food arriving 1 hour early to be told they busy and she put the phone down on me. No time for me to ask for another portion or 2 of rice which I would of been willing to pay for. I returned the call again and then they would not answer. We then started to eat. Now 4 dishes 1 was very cold with tough and I mean very tough pork another with chicken tasted as though the chicken had been soaked in water for days with no taste. The Egg rolls had no filling. The other 2 meals was ok but tasted almost the same.
The whole experience was just poor and I could not recommend for even a dog to eat.

I have lots of food allergies & am always very scared ordering from new place. I called the restaurant directly, gave them my name, my food allergies/substitution requests & would be ordering via Postmates. The lady on the phone was very understanding, kind & repeated my food allergies & substitution 3x & that I'd be a Postmates order. I received my order 20min ahead of ETA. I was very impressed with how carefully the food was packaged to ensure food would stay hot longer (with aluminum foil) & items with sauce/broth were in sealed durable Tupperware-type containers (not flimsy cardboard that leaks sauce all over). The YangChow fried rice was very home-style, lots of meat, flavor & piping hot. The Mushu Pork with crepe(tortilla) wraps was delicious as well. Fries were on point, crunchy on the outside, juicy inside. I liked that all the food had perfect amount of flavor, not like other places where you can only taste salt or no flavor. This Mom & Pop place is now on my regular list....
