We have a lot of fun going here. However the 'kids' or young adults that work here behave as though they have had zero training on how to work like professionals. They often have attitudes, or just no real knowledge about anything necessary. Except for the guy who goes around tends to fixing the machines he is great! But the regular guy the usually runs charging entrance fee and buying nickles he has no empathy or common business sense or maybe it's the establishment is sketchy as a whole I have no idea, but last night I took my friends grandson there as we usually do and he ended up falling and hurting himself hit his head on the cement and was scared and crying hysterically now this employee was just standing there behind the counter holding up the back counter I guess but he wasn't doing much else, he was watching the entire thing and I am because I had turned my back for 5;seconds when this occurred so when the child comes to me crying I'm trying to figure out what happened because it happened so suddenly, and the child is unable to speak so I can make out what he's saying I keep looking at the employee hopefully for some assistance or concern but he never once budged an inch. Never came to make sure he was ok. It was very disgusting and infuriating that these are the types of people employed here when I spend a ton of money there. It makes me want to never go back and warn everyone else to do the same.

Also there are no signs posted that get your attention so everyone there close to closing time knows that the machines will shut down entirely once their closing time has struck and you'll loose all your nickles and all your tickets.. seems highly illegal to me. I lost 60 tickets and several dollars in nickles due to this, the next time I was aware but also someone went around announcing it , but no one said a damn word the first time.

Also keep your kids close to you and don't let your boys use the men's restroom if you can avoid it. There are single men there too often and I get a odd p'do type feeling, again just my hunch may be no real truth to it. But better safe then sorry.

Came here for my anniversary with my gf, who absolutely loves this place. We come here often and have never had any issues with the staff until now. I went to play a game and the tickets weren't coming out, whatever no big deal so i tried it again and it only gave me the tickets from the last win. We went to get help so Monica comes in and accuses me of lying to get free tickets. I told her the situation that i won 14 but was only given 8, then she says in a b attitude 'it's 2 tickets per ticket' like yeah i know but if you count it equals 8 when it should be 14. So then this smart girl runs the game herself says it's protocol to make sure it really isn't working in which i responded 'so you think im lying.' Then she says it's protocol, whatever if it's protocol I'm not gonna get upset. The first time she plays the tickets don't come out, then she does it a second time and for some reason on the second try all the tickets ended up coming out all at once. She then told me she wouldn't be able to give me the tickets I had won if it was working, because she didn't believe me. I'm not one to try and cheat to get free tickets because they're just tickets. The way she handled the whole thing really made me upset so my gf and I tried to play a different game to get my mind off of her attitude, but ultimately just went back up to the front to get a refund for the leftover tokens we didn't use. Thursday March 11th at 7p.m. driving all the way from Lakewood after not being able to go since 9/03/20 I walk in and I'm told that I have to wear one of the Disposable masks with the ear loops there's also a paper on the door I say okay I asked him if I can put it under my mask which is a sleeve mask and it will hold it in place because of the loops I get chafing behind my ears he then tells me that actually masks that completely cover your face are not allowed I say to him all the masks that everybody was wearing even his work up completely covering their faces that is the point of the Mask to cover your face completely I work at a grocery store Vons downtown Long Beach I've been wearing this since the beginning of the pandemic and on top of that I checked Google and Yelp and there is nothing saying that my mask was not allowed I can't read the paper on the door unless someone posts it but yet after driving all the way there I'm being told that my mask which covers my face which its supposed to and even though I asked if I could put it under my sleeve mask which would hold it in place this guy decides to come up with this backwards answer contradicting everything he said so I looked at him said really okay and walked out without an uproar now I have to wait until after covid but who knows when that's going to be really thank you for wasting my time and gas it was something I had been waiting to do for a long time I appreciate it and the five stars I gave here are for the other four times I've been there excellent customer service the other...
