Overall: 4.5/5
This place had a lot of drink options I wanted to try. My brother had it the day before and said it was so good, he was willing to go back the next day. The store was very clean and felt zen, exactly how I like my Sunday afternoon. Their menu was extensive and didn't have drink descriptions so I was asking the girl what the difference was between the Mirakura Cloud Coffee, Mirakura Milky Coffee, and Saigon Milky Coffee. You can tell she was annoyed so I recommend they have some paper menu or kiosk where customers can look through the drink pictures and descriptions to make the ordering process quicker.
The drinks came out within 5 minutes since there was nobody ahead of us. Each drink had a big, cute sunflower cup sleeve that just brights a smile on your face.
I ended up getting the Mirakura Cloud Coffee with Ube Foam ($6.50). The Vietnamese coffee was very strong so it woke me up after a few sips. The ube foam didn't really mix well with my coffee so it was like a slow infusion, and it wasn't all that sweet. That wasn't too big of a deal since the coffee was perfect on it's own.
My brother got the Korean Strawberry Milk ($6.50) which comes with ube foam and that was a phenomenal combination! I dare say it might be better than a matcha strawberry latte. The ube form blended much better with the Korean Strawberry Milk for some reason too.
My husband got the white peach oolong tea ($6.50) which was basic to me, but maybe the Kurimi version of it would be better. Just another reason for me to come back and try their other drinks like the Green Thai Pandan Coco Milk, Kurimi Mirakura,...
Read moreI came for the opening and wanted the tote, but it seems they ran out within 30 minutes. I still stood in line for the drinks though since I was already there.
After waiting 3 hours to get in, I ordered the kurimi matcha and the mirakuru egg coffee because of the BOGO despite being there by myself. The matcha is as creamy as the name suggests and is the perfect level of sweetness for me. The egg coffee is also light, not strong Vietnamese coffee, which I assume to be the base, but it's perfect for me who doesn't like strong, bitter (Vietnamese) coffee.
They also sell jellies aside from drinks so there is something to snack on other than your boba.
The decor is very minimalistic, with plenty of room to sit inside as well as standing room. The staff were quick, super friendly and hospitable.
Despite the 3+ hour wait, and no luck on tote bags, I did receive another free gift, which was super sweet of them.
It really seems the owner took a lot of care into the quality of the drinks and the store itself, so I will definitely be...
Read moreMy friend and I came here for a sweet treat and this place did not disappoint! From the parking lot, we could see a clear view of the decor in the store where there were paper cranes hanging from the ceiling. The vibes were chill and overall very cute!
The person taking our order was incredibly patient and was happy to answer questions we had about certain items on the menu. They even told us that we could smell the different teas that were in little tubes right in front of the register. They let us know that the classic Mirakuru tea was their most popular drink, so it was a very nice experience!
When we received our drinks, they had these cute 3D bows that were on the cuplseeves that made the presentation extra adorable 🎀
My friend got the classic Mirukuru milk tea and I got the Mirukuru Jasmine tea with Jasmine Jelly and they were both fantastic and to our liking. I also tried the mango coconut jelly which was a nice satisfying dessert. I would definitely come back to this place the next time...
