HD Beauty Nails Salon — Local services in Garden Grove

I hands down had the WORST manicure experience I’ve ever had from this salon! I can tell that this salon cuts corners and doesn’t care for clients who don’t pay for the most expensive services. But people’s hard earned money is valuable regardless!! The young woman who worked on my manicure was extremely rude, rough, and rushed my service even though I was literally the ONLY PERSON in the salon at the time!!! I went in on Valentines Day so there were no other customers. She refused to listen to anything I said. Firstly the shape was horrible, I asked for a slight coffin shape and she gave me square. I asked for her to fix a nail that was broken with glue, she did not. Rather than simply using the same white polish for my manicure than was used for my pedicure she cut corners and used an entirely different polish that was dry and expired and made my nails looked streaky. I told her to take the polish off twice and she refused and tried to convince me that the horrible streaky and lumpy polish job that she did would all be magically fixed with topcoat, as if I’m stupid. I told them that I’d pay for the service but just wanted the polish taken off cuz I didn’t want to be bothered taking it off at home and they couldn’t even give me that courtesy. Of course no refund had been offered! The young lady who did my nails should be ashamed of herself. I will never come back here again and make it a point not to recommend this salon to anyone else....

I had such a great experience at this nail salon. Don did my nails, and I chose a gel builder with a white French design. His attention to detail was incredible, and my nails came out perfect. I also called for a same-day appointment, and they were able to fit me in with no wait time, which was so convenient. My boyfriend got a pedicure while I was there, and he had a wonderfully relaxing time.

The ladies here are always sweet and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. The salon is incredibly clean, and it’s clear they prioritize sanitation and hygiene. I also love how many workers they have on staff because it means they can fit you in anytime, even during busy holidays and weekends.

I Googled best nail salon near me and I came across HD Nail Salin and the reviews were great so I figured me and my husband would give it a try. I am so glad I did. I am so picky about my nails and cleanliness and so is my husband. I got French tip manicure and pedicure and they did a great job. I’m literally obsessed with my nails right now. The French tip is not all clunky and thick and just thin enough for French tip. My hang nail was killing me and they cleaned it up so efficiently and thoroughly.
