Incredibly poor customer service! I found a reusable bag on a shelf and it has a price sticker of $4.25 on it. Not yen, US dollars. When I brought it to the counter to purchase it and other items, they said it was $6 and I pointed out the fact that it literally had a $4.25 sticker on it. So first they asked the lead and she said that they could honor the price but then she changed her mind and said let me just go ask the store manager. At least 5 minutes passed and they came back and said unfortunately they cannot honor the fact that they have an old price sticker on it. They said it was the last one in the store with the old price and even though all of the new ones have the new price, they still aren't going to honor the old price sticker that is literally still on the item.

I want to buy everything! Good thing it's only $1.50 per item (unless otherwise marked- the most expensive item I saw was a panda yoga mat for $8.) Tons of useful bento box/lunch items, oodles of Japanese candy and treats, and lots of other knick knacks that you don't really need, but desperately want because they're so cute. Don't get me wrong, there are also lots of useful items like compact clotheslines/hangers, dishes (which will be 100x the price at Disney Epcot,) charging cables, etc. I felt like I was spending out of control, but it was really only $20. Good store for a variety of necessities in your life. Many Japanese items just have a better design than American items or better quality. I bought black ear swabs that have ridged lines that are more effective than Q-tips. The grooved lines help clean ears better and the black color helps you see everything that is cleaned out. They have peach gummi candy that tastes so good that it is the best taking gummi candy I have had in my life. The store is clean and well organized. Customer service is nice and friendly. Not that I needed so far because quality of products in store are pretty good, but no returns...
