Such terrible customer service. The store itself has a lot of great items but the people there treat you like you’re criminals the minute you enter the store and are just rude to you. We went in to buy chef shirts because my husband runs a catering business and we have a wedding we’re catering coming up and needed white chef shirts. I put one over my clothes to see if it fit and a worker runs over and tells us we can’t try the clothes over our clothes and that we must use the fitting room. Ok that’s fair enough, so we start walking towards the fitting room and the guy says we can try more than one item at a time so I start to look for other uniform tops I need for work. When we get to the fitting room the guy at the cashier (I think he’s the owner) refused to let us try the clothes on. He said the fitting room was closed. He told us we could buy the clothes and if they didn’t fit we could exchange them tomorrow, even though there was a sign that say no exchanges or refunds so I didn’t trust he’d let us exchange it plus I wasn’t going to be able to return the next day and the wedding we were catering was the day after that. The guy was very rude to us and refused to let us try on the clothes and claimed it was because the store was closing in 20 minutes and wanted us to buy it without trying it on So we left everything. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this type of customer service here. I don’t know what it is about us he doesn’t like so we won’t be returning again. I’m also a RN and would also buy scrubs frequently so it’s a bummer...

I grew up going here with my family , they knew who my is family is, but this one instant I went alone without any of my family members , and right when I walked in I was being watched down by one of the cashiers , but I ignored cause I was just grabbing what I needed real quick , came up and he. He almost double charger me , then when he asked “debit or credit” I said credit on accident Cause I was distracted putting clothes down he says ID , and I’m like “oh I mean debit !” He then says again , your ID, I’m like why you need my ID if it’s debit and he just said “you can’t use someone else card without ID” I look at him like “dude this is my card “ the owner and him made me feel uncomfortable, kicked me out the way so others can pay. I’m right there like I’m not using someone else card and if it I was , It wasn’t owners or cashiers business!! UNPROFESSIONAL SUPER RUDE NEVER EVER GOING BACK HERE IN MY LIFE ! Made me feel like criminal basically for no reason , from what I seen they will radical profile if you look certain way ! Not cool making sure to let others know how...

I have my company t-shirts made here. Very professional. Job is always complete on time. Extremely fair prices and believe me I shopped around. They keep your company name and your phone number and your design. I can go back a year later and they will pull me up with my design and everything I've ever had made. Five stars all around good quality clothing. The explanation of the t-shirts and clothing is awesome. The guy that makes the t-shirts is very knowledgeable and works with you on price comparison I highly recommend this store I have no complaints. And you guys know me if there's something wrong I would definitely tell you.
