La Michoacana Delight — Restaurant in Garden Grove

Normally the people here are super nice, but today not at all. Customer service was horrible, the girl that helped us had some serious attitude. She was helping some people before me and I was disgusted by the attitude she kept giving. Finally it was my turn, although she had a better attitude she was serving ice cream with no gloves, I asked her 'shouldn't you be serving ice cream with gloves' she nodded and agreed that she should but assured me her hands were clean... I don't think reassuring customers that you wash your hands is the point, from what I understand it's protocol.

I don't understand the attitude, we're paying customers we're not begging for free ice...

My favorite flavor is Pistachio. Everywhere I buy ice cream I get Pistachio. I was dissapointed in this place because the Pistachio ice cream does not taste like Pistachio. It has this odd chalky taste...not even close to the taste of Pistachio. I got a double scoop for $5 for an ice cream that tasted weird. I thought it was odd that they don’t have any pictures of the type of treats they make... I saw fruit being sliced but no examples on the wall, no prices posted anywhere... I don’t know if the cashier just made up the amount to charge me...if you want to order something else other than ice cream how will you know the names of anything else...

Used to be a good spot, but has definitely gone down hill over time. Used to come here all the time, but with each visit, they would constantly remove or no longer have our favorite items. I don't know if there's been a change in ownership or something, but the short hispanic lady working there is hella whack. Over here telling me that they've never had diablitos for sell like ever when it is literally the thing I always used to get. It's one thing to say, "Sorry we don't carry that anymore" vs "nah u tripping we've never had it". Go to literally any other...
