El Pollo Norteño Garden Grove — Restaurant in Garden Grove

I order from them today at 335 pm. I got a call to verify my address that the driver was close this was at 410. It is 520 pm and no food. I keep calling and they can’t get in touch with the driver. I said I didn’t want to pay over 60$ for cold food. Their answer was well cancel the order. My child is diabetic and can’t wait another hour or more for a delivery! Customer service sucks one they can’t get in touch with driver. Two they could careless if they loose my money or that I’m not getting my food. Love their bbq chicken, tortilla and salsa bar. I've visited their Van Nuys, Garden Grove and East Santa Ana locations. The best one is the Garden Grove location. Food was cooked well and everything else was gooood. East Santa Ana location had Ok food but girls at cash register wasn't good. Also TV was blasting loud and with cashier and other working girls talking loud non stop. Van Nuys location was sold to another owner but food is still good. These are my stars for each location :
