Anavon Technology Group — Local services in Garfield Township

Been treated poorly several times over the years. This last time was the one that broke the camel's back. We had a user get locked out due to incorrect pin attempts on her desk phone. I called Anavon and connected to Carie or at least I think that was her name. She told me I needed to wait an hour. I said ok, no problem. It was not a bad experience and was very light with humor. She called me back and stated she might be able to reset the pin using the phones MAC address. I gave it to her and told her we order the phones ourselves. She got aggressive immediately and stated she did not have to help me and terminated the phone call. She didn't hang up but was rudely abrupt. While I understand they want us to order the phones from them. They do not program them for us though they charge more. There is no reason to order the phones from them that I can see unless they are supposed to set them up and they do not. Or at least they do not do it correctly. Phone unlocked itself after about 15 minutes. Their techs are all great but there are a few people there that should not be allowed to talk to customers. If it happens again I am going to start shopping for a new VOIP phone company.

Huge shoutout to Anavon !!!! I took a back glass iPhone that was shattered there to be fixed and was pleasantly surprised. The AMAZING customer service I received from Mitch was phenomenal. He is intelligent, has the best customer service skills , prompt, informative, funny and the nicest person. He was very prompt when calling me with updates on parts and when phone would be done. I highly recommend Amazon for ALL your technology needs from phones to computers and everything in between. Mitch is very honest and up front with NO B.S. in between. I had no idea of this place and its services before being referred by a family member. I’m so thankful we have a place like this in our area . If I could give this place six stars I would! Bought a PS five brand new didn’t have it two weeks and the HDMI cable got ripped out of the back. I called all around Traverse and nobody could help. Then I had another company recommend Anavon. The Man fixing my PS five kept in touch with me on text message the whole way through and even carried it out to the car for my girlfriend.
