Bought some gourmet items today , took brie log back as it was already expired best use before 12/19/17 , told the associates and he told me he is just an associate then he refers to manager she said sorry you can get your refund go to the line , well they don't care about it's not just about money it's about care for people who shop there trust them , and they just treating like have your money back and leave , just in time another associate showed up as I was waiting in line so he didn't know why I was here as I explained him he start telling me you can have a refund and we have this promotional thing that you can get your free item back , the other associate all of a sudden interupt and says just give him his money back as I was on the wrong side , thanks for there service, not going to shop there anymore , I just wanted them to realize every time is not about money it's about there ignorance and bad customer service , sometimes breads have molds on them even they are fresh i dont know how , at least one should do there job properly if they are hired and getting...
Read morePrices have gone up, and quality has gone down. I have never been to an ALDI store that had more than ONE register open. Last night I headed to the register that had its light on. When I got close enough to see that no employee was checking out at that register, THREE other customers who had been behind me as I was approaching the registers, got into line at another register that WAS being manned, but DID NOT even have its light on! I only had TWO items, but had to wait while people with big cartfuls were checked out. When it was finally MY TURN, I asked the cashier why only one line was open. She said that they would only open another register if there were a lot of customers in the line. Then she said, "See, there are only THREE people in line behind you." There were actually FIVE! And there had been at least five in line in front of me. She had a very FLIPPANT attitude, as if shopping at Aldi were some kind of privilege. I will never shop...
