Northstar Plaza — Local services in Garland

Besides the Dollar General and Aldi's which have both been in this shopping center for years. You've got a KFC, a Whataburger, and a Crazy Catfish. All of the restaurants are pretty good and service is usually adequate. There's a Texaco on the corner near Garland Road in this same plaza, a new Mexican Restaurant and a Chase Kiosk for your monetary needs. I believe I saw a new furniture Mart the last time I was in the complex approximately two weeks ago and either a Vietnamese or Indian specialty foot shop. Prior to Covid the shopping center was packed. There was a discount appliance place and a comic book shop which had opened up along with a small pharmacy and Allstate Insurance Agent. I've been in this neighborhood 23 years and to my surprise the place was hopping. I pray the businesses return as we get a handle on this Covid 19 monster. Try it out Mikey, you just...

Really only got 4 stars because I live right by here and I come here alot.. . It plaza has been up and down over the years. When I was a kid , Pancho's was the center of attention her. For years it was great. Pancho's left and so didn't almost everything else. Pancho's can back and somehow was horrible. And it's gone again. . Now their is an Aldi grocery store. A 24 hour wataburger which is good to have somewhere open at night. But also means lots of cops around at night . That's a good ,or bad, thing depending on what your doing I guess .
