So I came in at 8:40pm on 3/28/22 and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with an additional spicy chicken sandwich. The drive thru kid was cool and really respectful. His manager, on the other hand, rolled his eyes after I said it was ok that they use tenders instead of the chicken filets since none were prepared. We all know that the tenders are not as big as the chicken filets. Big difference. 1)The manager should’ve been the one to talk to me about the substitution, hourly employees don’t get paid to deal with those things, and 2)His attitude about it needed to be a lot more positive since he is representing this establishment. Read moreThis was an Uber eats order. Order was placed at 9pm and we paid extra to get it here faster. App said it would be here by 940 at the latest. The Uber driver arrived at the store to pick up our order at 920 and was told to wait outside. The store turned the lights off at 937 (23 minutes early) and the delivery driver had to go through the drive through 3 times asking for our food. We finally received our food at 10 pm and not surprisingly the sandwiches were cold and the fries were cold as well. I'm definitely not going to order anything from this KFC. I replied, sir, it's no reason for you to get an attitude and that's not answering my question. I asked how long ago was it cooked.
