DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.
I went through the drive-thru around 6 am. I realized when i got to the window that I didn't have my debit card and the smallest bill I had was $100. I had planned to apologize and tell the person at the window that if she couldn't break it I would cancel my order. I never got that chance. As soon as she had my money, she closed the window and walked away. Then, another employee leaned around, looked at me and said, "Oh yeah, that's her.". About that time, the General Manager (Roger) came to the window and said, "Ma'am, we're tired of you giving us counterfeit money. This is the second time this week. You gave us a counterfeit $20 yesterday, and this $100 is fake too. I've already called the police." I was completely flabbergasted, and stated that I had not been to the retaurant the previous day, and the money that I had handed the cashier had just come from the bank. Roger called me a liar and told me that I had been there, that this bill was fake, and that police would be there soon. I said fine, call the police, I have done nothing wrong. Fast forward 15 minutes of waiting for police. I walked in to the dining room, and asked when police would be there. Roger then asked ME, the person that he has been accusing of a FELONY, for the non-emergency number. He was threatening me and holding me there, and had not even called the police. All this time, the staff behind the food prep area was laughing and gesturing in my direction. After all of this, I asked to see security camera footage that proved any of his claims. He stated that he did not have any. I asked for any proof, whatsoever. Again, nothing. The ONLY thing that linked me to the person supposedly distributing fake bills was the color of my vehicle (Silver). I have reported this to the BBB, Whataburger's corporate offices, and will be posting my review on every public forum I can find. This treatment was completely unacceptable, and I will never give Whataburger my money again.

First time in the line I spent 49 minutes waiting for an order.
Where should I begin? The order-taker was completely rude worst customer service definitely was not trained. The young lady cashier was amazing she apologized he sounded sincere as she did her job correctly.
When I asked to speak to the manager about the order takers attitude all she said was I know she is in the back now. And I told her that my order wasn't ring up right. I asked for a large combo only received a medium. I asked for no onions and clearly any picture it's covered in onions. Before I even took the bags from the managers can I asked with my burger made correctly and she said yes ma'am they got fixed and push it into my hand. Did not apologize for the rude service of her employees.
So the manager change my total to charge large but didn't receive it. Something told me to check my order before leaving the parking lot and I did. I opened my burger and it's covered in onions. The fries were cold. A hash brown sticks where is soggy. The sausage egg and cheese taquito tortilla was old and falling apart and hard. I mean talk about complete dissatisfaction.
So I called the store spoke to the same rude manager. The manager refused to bring my order out the door instead of waiting in a line again for another 40 minutes. But before the conversation ended on the phone the manager was Raising her voice at me arguing and before I hung up she was yelling at me. Manager completely disrespected me. Not once did she apologize for any inconvenience. And when I told her manager I wanted my money back she couldn't even give me the money back first so she gave it to the little girl cashier to give to me and still did not get an apology.
I will be making a formal report and I have a manager's name as well.
