This has been the worst Whataburger by far. First time in the line I spent 49 minutes waiting for an order. Where should I begin? The order-taker was completely rude worst customer service definitely was not trained. The young lady cashier was amazing she apologized he sounded sincere as she did her job correctly. When I asked to speak to the manager about the order takers attitude all she said was I know she is in the back now. And I told her that my order wasn't ring up right. I asked for a large combo only received a medium. I asked for no onions and clearly any picture it's covered in onions. Before I even took the bags from the managers can I asked with my burger made correctly and she said yes ma'am they got fixed and push it into my hand. Did not apologize for the rude service of her employees. So the manager change my total to charge large but didn't receive it. Something told me to check my order before leaving the parking lot and I did. I opened my burger and it's covered in onions. The fries were cold. A hash brown sticks where is soggy. The sausage egg and cheese taquito tortilla was old and falling apart and hard. I mean talk about complete dissatisfaction. So I called the store spoke to the same rude manager. The manager refused to bring my order out the door instead of waiting in a line again for another 40 minutes. But before the conversation ended on the phone the manager was Raising her voice at me arguing and before I hung up she was yelling at me. Manager completely disrespected me. Not once did she apologize for any inconvenience. And when I told her manager I wanted my money back she couldn't even give me the money back first so she gave it to the little girl cashier to give to me and still did not get an apology. I will be making a formal report and I have a manager's name as well. If you want good food good service for your money I advise you, DO NOT GO to this location..

When I visited, I was welcomed by the cashier, who was very kind and let us try a sample of the new Prickly Pear Reftesher. Which, by the way, was absolutely delicious and is topped with sweet and tart freeze-dried raspberries... it's amazing. Then it looked like upper management was having a meeting and may have heard us gushing over the new drink. They were also very welcoming and one of them gave us some promotional items. Best experience at a whataburger ever 💜 My son and partner are also huge fans and want to add that the B.O.B's and chocolate chip cookies are also delicious!

I’m staying away from this establishment. The children running the show know NOT how to run it and provide decent customer service. I called in to see if they would make a very sloppy order right. She, said she was a manager, acted like she didn’t know what to say. She hung up on me so I went up there. It looked like a cluster ... in there. Children running around like they all had no clue. I didn’t say anything to them. I feel sorry for them but I also feel for my stomach. Replace this manager.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

I went through the drive-thru around 6 am. I realized when i got to the window that I didn't have my debit card and the smallest bill I had was $100. I had planned to apologize and tell the person at the window that if she couldn't break it I would cancel my order. I never got that chance. As soon as she had my money, she closed the window and walked away. Then, another employee leaned around, looked at me and said, "Oh yeah, that's her.". About that time, the General Manager (Roger) came to the window and said, "Ma'am, we're tired of you giving us counterfeit money. This is the second time this week. You gave us a counterfeit $20 yesterday, and this $100 is fake too. I've already called the police." I was completely flabbergasted, and stated that I had not been to the retaurant the previous day, and the money that I had handed the cashier had just come from the bank. Roger called me a liar and told me that I had been there, that this bill was fake, and that police would be there soon. I said fine, call the police, I have done nothing wrong. Fast forward 15 minutes of waiting for police. I walked in to the dining room, and asked when police would be there. Roger then asked ME, the person that he has been accusing of a FELONY, for the non-emergency number. He was threatening me and holding me there, and had not even called the police. All this time, the staff behind the food prep area was laughing and gesturing in my direction. After all of this, I asked to see security camera footage that proved any of his claims. He stated that he did not have any. I asked for any proof, whatsoever. Again, nothing. The ONLY thing that linked me to the person supposedly distributing fake bills was the color of my vehicle (Silver). I have reported this to the BBB, Whataburger's corporate offices, and will be posting my review on every public forum I can find. This treatment was completely unacceptable, and I will never give Whataburger my money again.

Oh, the kicker. The bill was 100% real. He assumed it was counterfeit because it...

So let me start by I always go to this Whataburger I live in the neighborhood I order a number one or number five with extra onions every time onion rings and a large dr. Pepper I receive my burger with a blue special sticker on it because I asked for extra onions okay today I went and I also bought for my father who has heart issues so I ordered a number one with no salt unsweet tea then I tell them I want another number one with extra onions a large onion ring and a large dr. Pepper so I get home my dad eats his Burger I go to open mine this is long after he's done which I thought was mine because it had the blue special sticker on it like it always does the onion rings were in the bag with the blue special sticker on it which is my bag I think well it's the one with no salt and no extra onions so my dad ate a burger with salt on it and he's not allowed to have salt so we'll see what happens but something needs to be done about this but the point is if somebody orders a number 1 with no salt and unsweet tea and a number one with extra onions and onion rings that you put the burger in the onion rings together and the burger with no sauce and french fries together right no not this place I couldn't remember which one had the onion rings okay use your mouth ask the customer this is a...
