Monday November 15,2024 order a levono m11 for my son's Christmas gift. As part as a sale going on at best buy for $139.00 I order 1 online and ask for shipping. Instead of best buy using a known shipping carrier like FedEx or ups or usps they decide to use roadie. A 3rd party carrier. I have nothing against 3rd party driver's , because I have been in that same situation but when the driver picks my package up on Monday 10:45am and it keeps saying it's on its way for 2 days and expects to be at my house by 9pm and still nothing I decide to contact best buy by chat, and through customer service phone number, not once but 10 times to figure out what was going on. But because it gives the driver until December 1st to deliver there isn't much they are going to do besides tell me to wait and see if it shows up. I was also told to reorder it but now the price has went up to $199.99 and I refuse to pay more for best buy mess up and for roadie for hiring such thieves. Roadie customer service said the driver canceled my order but TWO DAY LATER!!! RED FLAGS. Clear indication that the man Kendrick D stolen my son's Christmas gift. Also Best buy said they would tried to give me another tablet for the same price but their computer wouldn't allow for that big of a over ride, I called bs because they are corporate headquarters and they can do anything, they control this business. Since I ordered this tablet online and used affirm to purchase it I'm stuck making payments on something I don't have and won't ever! And not to mention I have to go through hell and back fighting this charge and to find a replacement tablet with a different company during holiday time. Best buy will NEVER EVER get my business again!! Unexcusable behavior on Best buy. Be aware if your having it shipped!
Update: Responding to the request for me to respond through your platforms. If I can not resolve my issue over the 10th call made to your corporate headquarters, what makes you think I desire to be continue to be lied to and mislead by this company anymore. My complaint is 1 out of many unhappy customers, 1 out of many to have been mislead and treated unfairly. I will no longer make 1 phone call, 1 email, or 1 more online chats to resolve my issues when it comes to refunding my money for a product that I purchased and your 3rd party driver's stole from me. My issue is now being taken over by the BBB and by the FTC. You big corporations needs to know your boundaries and where not to cross that boundaries with customers. Read moreUPDATE: 4 days of trying to get my order, drove 2 hours to the garland location yesterday to get my package and of course was not able to get it because best buy could not call roadie to cancel delivery, best buy blaming roadie and roadie blaming best buy, just a big shit of a mess!!!!!! ROADIE is going to be a ugly mess for best buy, they company is not ups and I don't know how UPS got involved but don't expect ups service from roadie people. For 2 days my order has been just sitting there, from saying cancelled delivery, to a updated message this morning saying my packaged has been delayed and that i would receive it Dec 2 via roadie and i just logged back in to best buy and now I have been giving a entire new tracking number, a shit of mess, I know! I kept all screen shots from my previous tracking number! At this point i tried to cancel the order because i dont even want it and best buy tells me i can't cancel it, im so over it best buy and roadie at this point!
11/16/2024 I made a purchase a $1100 purchase online, for some reason online sent one of the items to a local store to be picked which was a computer on the black Friday sale. This order was places Saturday, it my computer where suppose to be delivered on yesterday but I WAS NOT! After contacting the delivery co (ROADIE/ A UPS COMPANY) that Best Buy use, it was told to me that when the driver arrived to the store store to pick up my packaged the store cancelled my delivery. Today is Monday, I have been calling and calling and calling and I absolutely can not get anyone on the phone, I can't change the order to pick up, I can't make shipping changes, this is just flat out ridiculous. I am not happy about this at all, I should not have to get in my car and drive from ROYSE CITY to Garland to get my order resolved!!!!! I ordered another item with my computer and it was shipped from OKLAHOMA and it is on the fedex truck and out for delivery today but this order that is a hour away is stuck at a store with no up date besides DELIVERY canceled!!!!! And no I do not want it canceled, I want it delivered because I purchased it on the Black Friday sale that has now ended! Read moreI really wish there was a different type of grade scale. One where you can adjust it but not so drastically where you can go from like 5 stars one day to 2 stars another day. I feel like the majority of people take the time to read 1 or 5 star reviews no matter the case, so here I am with my 5 star review instead of a 3 or 4 because I want the public to see it and yet I definitely know it doesn't deserve a 1 star review. This Best Buy is a place I visit frequently and sometimes I have really good experiences and sometimes they're just alright. I like how there's always someone at the entrance to welcome you and who can guide you in the right direction if needed. I've bought multiple items at this location but at the same time I've had to drive to other locations because they don't have what I need or want in stock (I guess you could look online but I bought a very expensive Sony camera one time at another location because this one said it had one in stock but when I showed up they couldn't locate it. The same with an HP gaming laptop. This locations missing out on money for sure). This isn't the largest Best Buy in the Dallas area so they don't seem to have as many gadgets as the one off of 75. The location is convenient for the Garland, Wylie and Rowlett area but it's not as fully loaded as some of the other locations I feel like. Next is, sometimes there's enough salesman there to help and sometimes you have to wait. I went one time and I waited patiently in line while one guy followed a couple looking at refrigerators and then helped another couple before helping me after he acknowledged me and said he would try to get someone else to help me way before this other couple came in. I was there to buy a really expensive piece of equipment but that left a sour taste in my mouth and I went elsewhere. The time before that I picked up a 77 inch Samsungs flagship TV and had a spectacular rep who helped and asked me to hold when another client came to ask him questions or if he noticed someone needed help he'd let me know and go help them.
