Agrisupply sells a tiller, but does sell the part I need to fix it! I've been dealing with this issue for a couple months now, and I feel like I'm getting nowhere with the staff. I purchased a 72" Tillovator about 3 years ago.I first noticed that the cap that holds grease in one of the bearings had cracked in May. I went online and couldn't find the part, so I went to the store. Talked to a person in parts and they also could not find the part, but assured me they would talk to their supervisor and figure something out. During this time period I had frequent calls and good communication with the staff member, Wayne, but still made no progress. Also during this time I started taking apart the tiller and discovered the entire bearing would have to be replaced. Called Agrisupply and they told me they would order the part to the store and then send to me, great! This is when communication broke down, I heard nothing from the store, and finally after 2 more weeks called back and found out they had still not gotten the bearing in stock. I'm getting annoyed at this point so I go online, find the bearing on Agrisupply website and order it. Boom it arrives in 4 days. The bigger problem now is that I have replaced the bearing, but Agrisupply STILL has been unable to locate the cap. The last conversation I had with them was two weeks ago from this review where I was promised a return call and received nothing but crickets. I believe Agrisupply is known for customer service but I'm very disappointed that this has taken several months and still has not been resolved. If you sell a product you should be able to provide all the parts to fix it!!!

Read moreMy first dealing was to "purge" a new 100# propane tank.Was done in a very dangerous fashion putting in 28 1/2gallons total.That is dangerously overfilled(still have the receipt).I had to put it in the woods to vent itself.So I chalk that up to a mistake and go again.One employee says I had too many"can't help you"when it was really the temp ,it was about 28 degrees outside and he was heading indoors, a teenage girl jumped in a filled my order of 9 grill bottles saving the day and my business.This is year 4. I return for propane and right off the bat there is a problem with an employee that doesn't want to work.I have 4 grill bottles ,same bottles,same vehicle.Now it seems there is a new"law" that I can't find online yet.only 2 grill bottles can travel in a car.He wouldn't even fill 2 for me to save me as a customer.I feel as if the treatment I have got there from the outside propane dept. has been a hit and miss affair since the start,not purging my brand new bottle and fighting off "bouts of lazy" when its cold outside.I went back inside and insisted they put up a sign and to inquire where else I could get propane in the area and all I got was 2 places an hour away that were closed today.That's a 25 mile round trip .I will never do business again with Tractor Supply.I will also see to it that none of my friends will as well.they also took this out from about 3 weeks ago along with many other bad reviews I had read..2nd re-post of my review..take it out again guys and I will...
Read moreCame here today with my dad to purchase some supplies for new fences they will be building... we came in the store looking for 30 lbs of lag screws.. we found the one we needed but there wasn’t anymore in the box.. we went to look for help, I found a lady and asked her she told me where to find them, I proceed to tell her there wasn’t any left in that box and she replied with “if there isn’t any there then we don’t have anymore” and walked away... rudely walked away. Not even offering to look up where they had the screws in stock or anything JUST WALKED AWAY.. I didn’t catch her name but I wish I would’ve to report her.. I then later decided to go up to the front counter and asked a young lady named SARAH if she could please look up where they might have those screws in stock she walked with me to the isle and helped me look she then left to go look up and came back and told me they had 150 POUNDS of those types of screws in stock! The fact that she helped me made our experience so much better! She was awesome! The gentleman in customer service also had such great attitude and helped us wonderfully!
