Unfortunately today I had a bad experience at the garner ice house. I got to the rink for today's stick and puck at 1030am and waited 10 minutes at the front desk with nobody to help me. I saw one employee, they made eye contact with me from across the lobby and did not help me. so I went and got dressed for stick and puck. came back to the front desk waited another 10 minutes and finally got some help and was able to pay my admission. The session itself started over 5 minutes late and the ice was not resurfaced. As a result the ice surface was horrible! Then to top it off the session was ended 15 minutes early! I have never had such a bad experience at either of the ice house locations, I hope this is not a new trend or I may have to go else where...

Each time we went up to ask for different skates, we were given an IDENTICAL pair with the exact same issues, one of which had a tear on the seam connecting the sole to the walls of the skate, letting my ankle almost entirely roll while falling through it.
On top of all this, we were refused refunds. Extremely unsafe with poor management to boot. I was afraid not just for my partner and I, but also for the children I saw wearing the same...
