CLT Furniture Bros — Local services in Gastonia

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My wife and I have purchased from many furniture companies in the past as it’s a convenient way to furnish a home quickly. I have never dealt with a furniture company as dishonest as this one. A week ago, we ordered a dining room table set with 4 chairs. The dining room set was way too big for our dining room so I called them to try and return it. They refused saying they have a strict policy against returns of any kind and that all sales are final. This was never expressed to us by the salespeople and it’s unusual because every other furniture company I’ve dealt with allows returns. I called them again to ask if there was anything they would do to make it right. Again, they refused saying their policy is that no returns are ever allowed even if the furniture is unused (as ours was) due to concerns about “biohazards” in my home. We will never purchase anything from them again, as you never know until an item arrives if it might work in your space, one of the reasons furniture companies allow returns. I would encourage anyone reading this to go elsewhere and avoid these people. If you are dissatisfied with anything you buy, they will not allow you to return it leaving you to make payments on an item that you can’t even use. They are unscrupulous and dishonest. CLT Furniture Bros provided perhaps the best service anywhere, since moving here 6 years ago from California! Yazan made our shopping experience exceoptional! We had shopped around for months, attempting to purchase a particular sectional. Thankfully, we stumbled across CLT! I read all the reviews and was quite impressed with so many positive comments! Yazan did not disappoint! He was beyond patient, friendly, informative, kind, helpful and went out of his way to find the exact sectional we were looking to purchase! He even custom ordered one to meet our needs. He had impeccable communication, knowledge and desire to help, as did his coworker! I came across the CLT Furniture Bros on the Market Place on Facebook. I inquired on 2 sectional couches & received an immediate response by Yazan. He answers all my questions and also sent me additional videos of other sectionals. I was very impressed and asked if I could come by his store, When I arrived I was greeted by Yazan. He was very professional & extremely helpful. As we walked through the Show room I I fell in love with a few other sectionals. The prices were just right and very affordable.
